Yes I confused them with the Norwegian national team where it looks during the game that we have all our players on the bench, Argentina might however have a smaller bench with only 12 players and 11 on the bitch

They called up 33 players, and could only have 23 on the bench. In other players who dissappeared it was also i.e Aguero, Correa(the Lazio one), Otamendi, Palomino.

I loved the part of "not actively looking" and "Smith may start next season in the dugout". Me on the other hand agree that if Finland does a bad EC we should do a #smithout, and we can have Nuno in for next season... Further, they could add a bit more interesting name. Nunos football is actually on Bruce level in my opinion.

I dont understand why England dosent just roll a starting lineup with Zaha, Grealish, Stones, Maguire/Dunk and Ward-Prowse. Its set piece to ein. Grealish and Zaha will get 100 free kick per game, Ward-Prowse can take em and either score directly or hit Stones or Maguire/Dunk for a header? -
I think that would make him leave. The promises thats rumoured and Smiths comments tells me he will play alot next season

I would take van den Beek, but James is so limited that I would stay away from him. He runs fast, but thats it...

I still believe Barkley has a few proper years in him. However he needs a good coach, and perhaps some mental coaching. It seems to have taken a toll on him. He was good before injury and Covid (He has to be one of those who had it?). Then he fell off a cliff. Wish him all the best, didnt work out here unfortunately in the end.

I 100% agree, thats why I am reluctant to the prospect of signing him. Still I sit here in Norway knowing **** all, so I trust the people in charge of that decision to get it right! At least I believe Buendia would strengthen us more, but I would prefer McNeill over Pereira.

McNeill is a good player, would not the be my first name on a list. However the idea of him in a team that plays a bit more technical than Burnley it would be really exciting to see how he develops. At the moment he is basically Burnleys only player capable of much other than long balls or set pieces. (Exaggerated by me, I respect Burnley)

I feel Buendia offers more both offensively and defensively. At the same time he is also a year younger. If the hypothetical sum is 40 for Buendia, 20 for Pereira I would still go for Buendia. Not a fan of Peraira at all

Well truth be told, I can see where they are coming from. We finished 11th this season, but barely survived last one. For other teams I can see their belief we are at most a midtable next season. So lets show em wrong by getting to Europe. And hope that Lange, Smith, NSWE can convince people of what we are building here.

How can he be worth 20 at most when most people agree on Watkins being worth the 33 er paid? Buendia is PL proven, Watkins was not

I guess we are kinda similar, except I believe its more importance to strengthen the DM position, while you deem striker as more pressing. When I write CAM -> basically someone like Grealish who can pair with him in one of the CAM or AML (and be a creative force). A direct replacement of Barkley. We need cover and competition for LB. Targett is awesome, but he needs to be kept on toes (and has been injured alot previous to this season). RB is more if Guibert is sold or not, if he is we need another there as we need on LB
