They/them already gender neutral when used in certain contexts. It seems in a way an obvious choice, but it is a bit awkward to get used to. Anyway, even as I type this I start realising that this is technically off topic.

Feels as if this narrative starts with 95% of our signings. The other 5% are Danny Ings, Tom Cleverly, and Mustapha Salifu (who I think all happened under the radar). The above radar ones though...

Digne is a good player. He's nowhere near as dangerous as Moreno, but as he showed on Saturday, he's a good Prem player for sure. He was our best performer imo. He's seemingly on too much money for his value in our squad, but yeah the hatred for him is weird. There's a fair bit of random anger on here!

I'm not one of those people you mention, but you're presuming a lot here. I don't know how you can be so confident declaring people's intentions. In 'their' defence, if Digne is on crazy high wages and he's our number 2 left back then it would make sense to rejig a little—and it appears as if both Emery and Monchi possibly think the same (sure maybe they think Acuña fits the system better). It's not a crazy bit of mathematics—money isn't endless. It doesn't have to be about Gerrard (but Gerrard putting Digne on a crazy contract is on Gerrard).

Of course you can criticise him, but if you say weird things like his form has dipped lately based on a sample size of one game you're going to have people question your logic to be fair.

Maybe he wasn't so great against Newcastle (I don't remember him being standout bad at all), but that doesn't mean his form has dipped recently—that's what caught my eye. It was funny to see a comment like that after one game is all (And he was fine in preseason, and of course preseason doesn't count anyway)

Hold up—do you mean in the one single game we've had all season? I say that because there was nothing wrong with him at the end of last season. He's always had a game here or there where he's looked a bit off the pace, a bit too relaxed maybe. He has that in him, but happily it's just once in a while.

Surely it's not one specific person if there's an and/or in it. EDIT: Maybe it's just weirdly worded and he's trying to be clever. I think it does mean Acuna, in fact. There can be variety to this though—there'll be some younger signings and some older ones too.

Why are you saying 18 months though? You're basically doubling the standard recovery time for literally no reason. It's funny to write a sentence like the one above and then end it with 'we can't wait around for that long?' as if what you're saying is anything other than oddly hyper-negative.
