    When we have teams camped on the edge of their box I’d like to see one or two more shots. Only really Duran tried a decent effort from the edge of the box. It causes a bit of confusion for the next time we’re in that position. Wins like this is what wins titles and will help us get top 4.

    Norgaard should have had a second yellow. Blatant shirt pull when McGinn turned him. Also the Mee assault there were probably two other players who immediately put in red card challenges on Bailey. Ben Mee is a word removed who should have his ban increased he has previous and he flew into that that to end Bailey’s career.

    What’s nonsense is your constant posting of the same thing every time someone SPECULATES about potential signings in the transfer speculation thread about hypothetical scenarios. Rice and Salah are experienced at playing two games a week at Premier league intensity. Some players have more stamina than others. Our players are not experienced yet in playing two/three high intensity matches in a week. We saw the fatigue against Arsenal after 20 minutes and we were struggling to keep the ball. Arsenal’s collective legs went after 70-75 minutes. Monchi and Don Unai will have the best possible foresight of what’s needed for us and will act accordingly or not. However these types of threads are created for fans by other fans to speculate what we might do or players who might be suitable for us. You’re entitled to your opinion but every post about a new player has one guarantee - that you will post something trying to shut that suggestion down. What works for Liverpool might not be the best course of action for Aston Villa.
