I back Dean all the way,but we need to make a few tweaks our system and game plan it's not working. Who's in charge of fitness and conditioning we cannot run out games time and time again.

People wishing his injury is serious get a grip honesty pathetic. I don't buy in this crap it's affecting the rest of the team load of bull it's simple to many mistakes happening and we look like we cannot run out games. Wesley is not the one upfront striker simple as that he needs a partner upfront for some reason people don't understand this and the club is not seeing it to.To much pressure on him because we didn't sign another striker that's were the mistake happen.

Should have been sacked after the final.Yeah he finished 4th,but look at the budget he had and players at his disposal we were to inconsistent.Teams half our budget performed better.

Should be long gone once playoff ended.Biggest budget in the league and big name players and backed by the owner and failed.We shouldn't be needing a playoff to go up sorry.Teams with half our budget went up and quality of players. End of story.

Guys to much excuses for my likening lad has talent no doubt. The thing that concerns me is we look so poorly organised back 4 is a mess bad.Kozak is getting blocked out for no reason and persists with players who let him down.I don't care about net spend he spend 50mill and should be doing a lot better just look at Norwich,Watford,Foxes etc a lot better teams more passion and fight and organised spend very little.No more exuses for him.

Championship player for me that's all spend 6mill and 9mill on Ayew and better of combining that money and sign someone better even like a Rondon.
