Southampton was bad players were terrible and that Leicester game was the last straw.We looked lifeless.

We don't look like scoring let alone winning.Been dead and buried for months for me since early this year the lack of fight and desperation was the the end of it last line.

There not his signings or his players is a weake exuse for me.Question needs to be asked why Smith cannot atleast do the bare minimum as a manager with this squad ,organisation instead of being all over the place, defending been a issue all season worse then schools boys,how many system changes,poor tactically why is there lack of fight and desperation been happening for months the list goes on.Now these a things any manager should be accountable to no matter the players his failed in all of them.

100% spot on been saying that months ago reading all this crap there not his players etc it may be the case,but any manager atleast minimum should have his team organised not over the place, defending worse then school boys still going on even last week against Liverpool, poor tactically and as you say we look like not up for the fight been like that for months to that was the last straw.Should have gone before that Chelsea game before shutdown owners to slow to move.

Been saying for months should have gone long time ago way before the shutdown nothing has changed we can't defend and now we don't want to play football.No game plan structure or we cannot do basics right in football.

No excuses today show some ambition need to go at teams now I understand defence wise we can't open up,but games early we may catch teams of guard.Sammatta has to start his our real goal threat that can score.

Will be fine if we can do the basics in defending only basics we need this part worrys me tho, goals will come no issue.

Both of those clubs changed managers for the better tho that's the point your missing. I'm not bashing , but that run of form was horrible couldn't even do the basics in football right like organisation, defend as a team and our system of play.

If we continue on our past form not even confident winning a game to many bold predictions here. Smith needs alot of things to go right to turn it around even basic in football.

No confidence in him at all that last month looked like the players were gone to that being the Chelsea game make or breake.Said it so many times not blaming Smith 100% some poor signings etc ,but he can't do the basics right with this team at minimum.

You have to ask yourselve Smith really has learned much from the games at all.A ok start and then downhill.Tryed to change systems was desperate for me to stop the rot.By all means were not a top squad ,but we a not a relegation side even if you look at other teams in our boat there more system based,composed,organised.

Smith has failed to get the basics right any coach at minimum should achieve it's called organisation.We look lost at times, can't defend,can't settle on a system ,mistakes after mistakes and of late team lacking fight.

No point changing him during this period can't even train.Should have gone week's before this issue he was on his last legs against the Chelsea game we reacted to slow for me.

He hasn't failed ?.All I hear it's on the players there not good enough etc etc or promotion . Any coach bare minimum should be to have his side organised with a plan and a system that he goes with no matter the quality of players.He has neither mistakes after mistakes, disjointed side and chopping and changing systems.We a getting worse by the week no improvement and now lacking fight at times. Any coach who can't get that should be gone.
