The lad is starting to do the right things. He seems more serious about his football and I like some of the things he is doing off the field too. Lets not go throwing the baby out with the bath water. He is 21 not 31. He irritates the absolute crap out of me sometimes but he still has not had a prolonged run of games. IMO I wouldn't even called him experienced yet. Wouldn't be surprised if when, and I mean when, we go back up that Grealish is an integral part of the new Premier League 'Villa' -

It is very sad but atypical of the media today that they are looking at anyway to infer big clubs to make headlines. I find this whole thing horrific and the only thing that should matter, should be making sure the victims are supported and cared for. In an ideal world it would be better the media didnt report on it at all and let all investigations run their course. That won't happen, unfortunately.

I just read a rumour that he is to quit villa to Rangers FC. Can anyone help with any truth to this?

My head says I don't care, probably best we lose and concentrate on the league and escape with no injuries. However my heart says I f-ing hate those @/^&/@^&*'s. I would love to beat them, even better if we could beat them at No Heart Lane. Dont know why but Spurs rile me like no other (apart from L'pool)

Nah in fairness to Richard I agree with him (it took me a hour to write that ) the only way you could justify spending 12m on a player that age was if he was going to an absolute starter and the team built around him. As soon as we bought 'the Codge', I was concerned that RMC was not going to be worth the money. N.B its very similar to buying Gresford when we already had Grealish.

on the last page (i think) someone mentioned that those who defend AW had lost objectivity. I re-stated my thoughts on AW and asked if I had lost objevtivity for someone to set me straight. So my good mate Grasshopper, bless him, being unable to mock my post further as I am clearly very objective has decided to take the piss. Cheeky little fella he is.

Exactly this Stevo....... I have been labelled a Westwood lover, who knows I may be his biggest fan. However all I continually state is he is a decent squad player and its not his fault we don't have better midfielders, so he keeps getting picked. If I have lost objectivity or my comments are overstating the situation Im happy to be set straight.

I have just replayed the game for the third time. Each time I alter my tactics and I dominate possession. I have lost all 3 games. Cmon this has to be rigged........ I have scored 1 goal to their 6 in these 3 games.

Cheers mate, in my latest game I was 4th and Qpr were 20th with only 1 win in 12 games. I actually scored 1st so i decided to play a patient controlling game and they go bang bang 2 goals.... really cant understand where it came from they had only scored 5 goals in the 12 games. Without whinging did feel like a bit of FM moment

Hi all, im still on fm16 but this just a general question.... Does anyone else have problems against the bottom teams? I regularly lose to them and I have played a lot of FM so its not just a few times. No matter what I try i just struggle against them but I can't really work out why. Any advice or experiences shared would be appreciated. Thanks

He has also made great saves which have gained us points, if a few people got their way in VT we would have no players left to field a team cos we would have sold everyone.
