(I'm not being literal either) How many times last season did Leicester have more than 50% of the possession. Bet their fans don't give a toss. If all some of you have left to try and slate SB is because we aren't playing tika taka then you don't know how good you've got it. The only stat I care to remember each morning I wake up is we have taken 18 out of the last 21 points. Brings a smile every time. Some of you should try it. I mean being happy that is. Or maybe after being miserable for the last 6 years you don't know any other way.

So I ended up signing, Dimata - 15 mill Venancio - 1.8 mill Khazri - 8.5 mill Nordvelt - 4.1 mill Flanagan - 6.5 mill Plus 3 young players. 4 games in, 1 win 3 losses but am still pretty happy. Played reasonably in the losses and like that the new signings have bedded in quickly. Thanks to those who gave me suggestions of signings. One thing I've noticed is that it seems really hard to sell players, even at £0 price tag no takers for decent players.

Just about to start pre season for my 3rd season. Signings are still tough, but that's to be expected when you finish 17th. So far I have signed: Wahbi Khazri from a relegated Sunderland, quite happy with this signing. Marcelo Meli. Well I finally got him to sign but then his work permit was rejected. So one signing and a host of rejections, which is not great. I tried to be savvy and get rakjovic my GK to sign a new contract as he is clearly class but no cigar, he doesn't want a bar of a new contract. Wouldn't even let me make him an offer. I have 41 million and 500k p/w spare for wages. I need a CB, a Ball winning CM/DM and a striker who will actually score. Any help with ideas would be great. Otherwise I'm going to have to buy Charlie Austin for 25 million (lol, I'd rather get relegated than pay West Brom that much, they're just shitty cos I got them relegated)

I've done. I've bloody done it. I've stayed up. Last season winning the playoff on penalties, then this. After 37 games: 17th Aston Villa 33pts (-18 goal difference) 18th West Brom 33pts (-19 goal difference) It was scary for most of the first half until West Brom went down a goal then in my match against Crystal palace I turned the screws on them and gave them a touch up. This is quickly becoming one of my most favourite saves ever. Next seasons budget 42 million and 1.6 million for wages. Thats more like it Doctor. T

Well if people are silly enough to do that, they need to be reminded of the first 11 games. Everyone will have they're opinion but I still say the start ruined us. If compare RDMs spending to SBs I really can't see how people can slate SB for our season overall. Imagine if we had bought a Hourihane or a Lansbury before the season started.

26 games into season 2 and I'm in 18th with 21 points. West From are in 17th with 22 points. If it wasn't from a suspicious amount of penalties given away and goals conceded after the 85th minute, I'd probably be mid table. But that's managing Villa for you. Think I'm going to start a Germany save. Saw a team I liked so might give it a go.

Where do I say I'm defending him? It was a terrible tackle, but I don't think Taylor slid in thinking, 'I'm going to snap this guys leg in half'. Maybe you're the one struggling to be objective.

Feel for Coleman, that's an ugly looking break. Hope he is able to fully recover. Don't think slating Taylor serves any purpose. Can't comprehend the thought there was any intent there. A dumb and wreckless challenge, but not malicious, with unfortunately the worse possible outcome.

I hate it when you find some gem of a player in South America say, you get him for 4 mill good buy as he looks a champion. His current contract he is on 10k a week, but he wants 85k and a 2 mill signing bonus. I use to give into these guys. Now I just tell them to f off you greedy pricks.
