For anyone playing FM 19, Edwards is the best loan ive ever got. Got him when i was with Charlton in league one. Valued at 17 million at the time. Chanced it, got him because i was a London based club. Pissed the league. Got him again the following season and beat Brighton in the playoff final.

Hard to gauge how good Crowley is. He's not even playing with a good team within a poor league to be fair. Looks to small to cut it in the premier league too. Way too fast.

When Brentford pissed goals for a while after Smith left last season what was that ? Mepham, Konsa, a collective ? Seemed to concede some silly goals.

Can't agree mate. Konsa is signed to play. A fit Chester pushes him but Konsa, if signed, will start.

Very similar player. Comfortable on the ball, not rushed. I don't think you play over 100 league games at a pretty decent level at CB, a position of such responsibility, if you haven't got something about you. Fantastic piece of business by villa.

But Tuanzebe, who essentially has no premier league experience, your ok with ? Conor Coady had a brilliant season last year. Do some Villa fans expect us to be challenging for champions league or something next season!

Konsa will play in the RCB position . Mings beside him. Chester will be in the squad and a bloody good squad player at that. 12 million was the release clause in Konsa's contract. Very good business. Can't help but feel Smith has his hands all over this one. He brought him to Brentford and would of been aware of that contract.

It's what separates the top 3 and the rest. The mental game. I mean Goffin, ability wise looked like he was a top 5 player in that first set. Djokovic takes the fight out of you.

Konsa is quality. Better than Webster for me. The guy has played an absolute tonne of league football between Charlton and Brentford and still on 21 i think. He'll be able for the step up, no problem. Villa have been very impressive in this window.

Worth a punt. Goffin is probably playing the best tennis of his career right now.

If it's 2-3 years ago we get Phillips much cheaper. They were stone broke then. Lewis Cook arguably the best talent they've produced in recent years. Sold him for 10 million.
