I can't see why you'd need "endless navigation" to click the VT logo, then scroll down and click FACSF in the "Season 2014/5" section. On the mobile skin there's one extra click to open "Season 2014/5". Agree that the navigation is pretty awful ..... it took me weeks to find this thread after being repeatedly told it was in the "Match Forum" and figuring I was the only person on the planet who couldn't see the "Match Forum". Can we not simply have a "Match Forum" in the main navigation menu ? And which match forum would that be? We have a match forum for each match. This is the sixth season we've done it this way. I don't understand how you can have missed it before. There was a link to this tread in the "Villa Talk" forum, but that might have expired by now. I was told by the ticket office that if somebody books a ticket online but then doesn't pay for it - because they change their mind - then the ticket still shows as sold online for around 24 hours so only the ticket office knows the real situation and its always worth asking even if the online plan suggests seats are gone. Needless to say, i got a seat that was already sold on the online plan !

Seems some of our stewards were out of order on Tuesday. Don't get me wrong, I'm no lover of the Bagwash but too many people are telling the same story of stewards wearing Villa colours beating up fans for doing next to nothing ...... we don't need that !

This game isn't about winning the FA Cup ..... its about a trip to Wembley and that is very special regardless of the result there. Players and fans should be eyeballs out for this one. The chance to go to Wembley in this era dominated by money clubs is rare and shouldn't be underplayed !

My only desperate thought is that Zog hasn't played all season and we've been crap ...... and now he is playing so ....... it might not be crap ...... even though he evidently is crap !!! I'm okay with Sinclair out but Zog in I do not get. Tim may think he has experience but that has never translated into anything other than rabbit in headlights performances. Crap news on the two Baggies forwards playing. May be worth Clarky going right through them early doors just to see how fit they really are !!!

The form is clearly improving - the results are not (yet) - there is a difference !

Holte is virtually sold out for the Cup game as are several other areas ..... that one will sell out and soon if/when we win on Tuesday. Tuesday game looking around 35k-37k in my opinion.

The midfield is correct. Last week we were way too soft in the middle of the park and got out-muscled by stoke ..... we actually missed Cleverley and Westwood. Gabby would only make the team if he has delivered in training ..... Sherwood wouldn't pick him for any other reason.

What we saw yesterday was a team trying to adopt a new more progressive style but simply being not good enough to pull it off. The Lambert style was dull but was relatively simple for players as they never passed the ball more than ten yards, they rarely had to move their legs and they always had the cop-out option of passing back if under any pressure. Now they are trying to move the ball forward but the passing lacks both accuracy and vision and the receiving forwards are so not used to it that they fail to make the right runs at the right time and when they do get the pass, they are not sure what to do with it !!! We need simple solutions for fast results and #1 on my list is to tell Sinclair to stay within ten yards of the touch line at all times to provide us with a simple out-pass and also to supply crosses for Benteke. Unlike some, I don't rate Sinclair at the moment because he is obsessed with driving inside for the shot ..... he thinks he's a #9 but his real value-add is as a #11. We need wide options and we need to get rid of the Lambert obsession with only playing down the central strip of the pitch because we aren't good enough to do that ..... get back to basics !

Today saw a number of players found out for what they are ..... as in "not very good" !!! Teckers didn't work hard enough, Gabby with another no-show and Sinclair spent the game lost in the centre when he should have been our outlet ball on the flanks. The midfield was out-muscled and yes ..... we really did miss Cleverley !!! We go again ! #lambertout
