**** ridiculous. I have a fair few mates who are Blues fans. They're great lads, we (used to) watch games together there's no problem at all. I'd absolutely want Blues to go down - it's not "good for the city of Birmingham" that they don't. They're our rivals and them being shit is excellent.

I don't think that's an era thing (he's only 4 years older than Martinez), but it's definitely not something he's been asked to do in his career so I do understand where you're coming from. As I've said before, the drop off is huge.

Should be a penalty to Everton. "Yeah, it's one of those where there's contact but the ref hasn't given it so VAR isn't going to overturn it. If the ref had given a penalty, then VAR wouldn't have overturned him then either." Absolute classic.

I think that's a bit harsh. The defence has completely bailed leaving a striker 1-on-1. Olsen comes out to try and get the striker to act quickly rather than giving him time, but he manages to get a header across the box and finish smartly.

I guess my point is more what people are voting on. I understand that, largely, people don't give a shit and will just follow whatever they deem to be appropriate for the country - but it seems a bit daft in a mayoral campaign. "Why are you running for mayor?" "Because we must end the war in Gaza!"

It was a real weird one. The defender wins the ball to poke it away but then seemed to make a second movement with his leg across Bailey which sent them both flying. Should've been a penalty IMO.
