    Do you read?

I'm reading Orlando by Gertrude Stein,i'm really enjoying it, really fantastic as far as I can tell. I haven't read loads of books that I can judge it against but i think I'd recommend it. I started reading The World as Will by Schopenhauer that seemed alright but then I realised your meant to read something else before you read that and I tried reading that something else and it didn't seem as easy to ready read so I quit for the time being. But I did read some of his essays his one on noise is pretty hilarious, seems like he has a good sense of humour.
  3. All the bottom three have games in hand, Charlton have four games in hand. I think I read that they haven't won at home in 12 matches, they get to try again on Wednesday against Burnley.
  4. Pretty sure the Walters' sending off today was a straight red.
  5. Caramacs give me a sore throat. Which has reminded me as a child I had the bad habit of accidentally swallowing crisps whole and getting them stuck in my throat, one of the worst feeling ever.
  6. I still think one of Palace or Sunderland will go down. Palace have some really tough fixtures, Sunderland have three games in hand but two of them are against Liverpool and Man City. Should be interesting next week between the two of them.
  7. People keep mentioning Hoolahan as a central midfielder, I think the only chance of him playing there would be if he was to play at the tip of a diamond. He's been an alright player over the years but not the the answer to our wishes even then and now that he's like 32 or something even less so.
  8. Whenever I've seen Grealish or Hoolahan play (not heaps I admit) they've played in very similar positions and I think If Lambert had the two of them available for selection they'd both be considered for a similar role in the team i.e I think they'd occupy one of the spaces that Weimann and Agbonlahor take up at the moment. There's no way that Hoolahan would play as one of the three central midfielders. Our new playmaker should be a Benteke or Vlaar level signing to go straight into the first team then let some of the youngsters be squad players.
  9. He doesn't sound so very bad to me, maybe too many chefs in the kitchen.
  10. A man is in a bar having a drink when he notices a well dressed guy come through the door with 5 beautiful women all over him. He also happens to have an Orange for a head. The man at the bar watches him flirt and buy rounds and flash bankrolls of money and get all the attention in the room for an hour before getting up the nerve to approach the man. "Excuse me, Sir..." he says, "I have to ask...I see you here with all these beautiful women, and all this money, and all this attention...but I noticed you have an Orange for a head. How did all this happen for you?" The man with an Orange for a head replies "Well I was walking on a beach one day when I found a magic lamp. I rubbed it and a genie popped out and granted me three wishes. First, I wished for all the attention from the hottest women in the world. Second, I wished for an unlimited supply of money. Third, and this is where I kind of **** it up, I wished to have an Orange for a head.
  11. It doens't piss me off, but the thing that appears on the top right of the TV saying 'press red button' pisses some people off. Well it is a nusiance.
  12. Rectify is back for a second seaon on June 19th.
  13. Probably yes, especially now Laudrup left. Could we even afford him anyway, I doubt it.
  14. If Sunderland get relegated I think KI would be a good player to go for, Poyet has them playing a new style and I think Ki is a big part of that thats If Swansea don't want him. As for Colback apparently the big rumour is that he may going to Everton.
  15. The noise liquid makes when you pour it, especially drinks being poured into a glass.
  16. Everton fans seem to think Barry staying with them depends on whether or not he'd settle for Fifty grand a week. If we were to give that to someone I'd prefer it to go to one of the new wave of Villa stars, someone new and exciting. Not that I actually believe anyone will be signed who earns that much.
  17. Writer has been saying all along not to expect any twists the only one I can think of is that perhaps Maggie's parents are somehow involved, but I hope not. Maybe it'll turn out Maynard Gilbough is the real True Detective.
  18. I watched an oldish Russian film called The Mirror, i didn't mind it myself, can't really say I understood the overall story but enjoyed it scene for scene.
