There were two occasions against United when he received the ball in/near the penalty box and managed to shoot it right at their blocking defenders. He needs to get calmer when it comes to his finishing part. Delph could easily pretend to take a shot so their defenders would get lost then simply bury it home! We all know that he can easily beat a man or two with his dribbling skills, hoping to see something similar in/near the box any time soon!

My thoughts exactly, his my favorite player and I would be more then happy to see him stay. But as a fan of him I really can't see him develop in the team we have atm. I would love to see him during the O'Neill period where we actually were fun to watch. Good luck to him no matter the decision he make and whatever happens in January! Atm I'm just looking forward to see him back in our squad, miss his change of pace and bursting runs badly!!

What's up with the hate his getting from some of us? His my favorite player and I would be more then delighted if he signed but put yourself in his position. We are unfortunately a wrecking ball atm, if we manage to get some good results before Jan and instead of splashing 8 mil on Cleverley buy players who can actually make a difference then I'll think he'll stay. I've met him twice now and he seems to love Villa, hopefully he will be a Villa player after January and hopefully with a new contract!

"We want to bounce back for our loyal fans" kind of an insult when all we have been doing is supporting a team loosing for the majority of times. I have big respect for the fans traveling all that way for the away games. (Would do that myself too tbh though)

The thing which irritates me a lot is as if we don't want to score. We just seem to rely on counter attacks and if the opponents let us have possession instead we play like headless chickens. Watching the Burnley match atm and yes they lack quality but they still try to get something by pressing and attacking. Every time we play I pray for us to not concede, I have no expectations regarding us scoring which is scary. I've begin to see draws as wins and wins as miracles..

I met him after the Newcastle game, this lad is one of the nicest footballers I've met! Gave his autograph to everybody and gladly spent some time chatting with the fans! Pride moment to talk to him and I'm glad his a Villian!

I like him, shown great willingness and has been working very hard in central midfield. As other members above me mentioned, let us judge him against more realistic opponents! If Joe Cole dosen't start against QPR i hope to see him playing that number 10 role with Westy and The Rock behind him! I also want Grealish to play at least 45 minutes!

Hope to see him play a part against Estonia, hopefully the last 10 minutes or so because of his injury! We don't want him to get more injured but at the same time I would love to see him play for Englad again, I enjoy the match much more with him on the field!

I'd be happy if manage to get a draw from this one, Arsenal did play awful against Dortmund but it's so typical Villa to loose against "bounce back" teams.. 2-1 Arsenal, UTV and hopefully we can get a draw from this!

First 10 minutes a bit to excited and nervous, grew into the game and relaxed and find his feet. Great game, proud of my idol! I love this man
