I'm 100% sure that Delph is signing a new contract with us after the international break. Lambert has said that several times in interviews. This amazing human wants to stay, we want him to stay and so does the coaching staff! I'm guessing Lambert is in lack of time because of all the transfers.

Not really mate. I know what you're getting at but Alonso is a 32 yr old who will probably still be getting £100,000 a week minimum I thought about it too but still, Xabi has been great even being 32 years old! Somethings telling me Cleverley is going to be a hit for us. At least I hope so..

The thing is, Cleverley will surely improve us but without any of our attackers having the brain to take good runs between other teams defensive lineup his build up play will never be used. He will either pass it to Delph or just to our defenders as Gabby is Gabby and Weimann hates the ball. But with Benteke back then we are talking!

Even if his been awful and is hated by every football fan/England fan, I'm welcoming him to our team. Bit surprised where the money come from and why him but if Lambert and Roy feel that Cleverley has a point to prove in Villa then I'm supporting it. UTV

Ward Prowse, Wilshere and Milner? Not sure if they are fit mind. Barton, Barry and Osman are heading towards their twightlight years so I wouldn't bother with them. Great chance for Delph but I doubt Westwood will get the call. Sorry forgot Ward Prowse, his getting a call-up for sure. Great set piece taker!
