  1. Fit midfielders in England (what comes to my mind): Delph, Westwood, Barry, Henderson, Rodwell, Cattermole, Cleverley, Huddelstone, Livermore, Barton, Osman, Cork. In other words, Delph should definitely get a call up..
  2. Started my "career" as left back lol
  3. Or is it because Woy only bothers to scout the top half of the table? If Cleverley is capable of being in the England squad then so is Delph. Realistically though, If England were any good, neither would get near the squad. He did scout him at the Newcastle game though (but yes I agree Woy is terrible)
  4. I think Delph deserve to be called up. Who knows he maybe show a even better side of him playing for a team with higher ball possession. I think both Delph and Westwood would look much better if managed to hold on the ball and pass it around effectively rather then always counter attack. Maybe Sanchez will help us achieve that!
  5. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/england/11057494/Roy-Hodgson-to-call-on-Fabian-Delph-amid-England-midfield-crisis.html Almost like they read my post..
  6. Would make him an attractive player for others to buy I get that, but I'm confident he wants to stay and that an extension is coming after the transfer window is closed!
  7. I think Bacuna is a excellent set piece taker. Should be taking the corners and freekicks (when on pitch)
  8. With Lampard and Gerrard retired and Barkley and Lallana injured while Roy watched the Newcastle game, could it mean that Delph is getting a call up..?
  9. Haha my english isn't that good, can you translate it! Not any good when it comes to slang..
  10. Celebrating it with a video from my trip to Villa Park last season and this season and some football skills! Thank you VT!
  11. Holtby had his best years in Schalke, managed to get a call up and Bundesliga seemed to fit him very well. I can imagine his options, either going back and find that form he got in Germany or go to another premier league team where his starting every game to prove doubters wrong.
  12. Hamburg in talk over loan/permanent deal for Holtby, I'm sadly writing us off now ..
  13. Are we actually in it for Holtby? That would be a dream come true... Been hoping for this since a year ago...
  14. Our players upfront are the problem. We do lack creativity but when for example Delph took the initiative and bursted to the offensive half Gabby stood there watching no one really cared and it felt like they were expecting Delph to do the job on his own. No support at all. He had to wait until Cissocko or Hutton showed up. Another problem upfront yesterday was seeing our players acting like muppets when there was a loose ball. They just stood there watching instead of attacking the ball..
  15. Haha everyone outside tried to guess who the owner of the Golf gti was and no one could imaging a champions league winner and ex united legend be the owner! I love this man!
  16. Felt sorry for him after the game, only player to take a regular cab home. At the same time it was nice seeing a player being so down to earth!
  17. The tackle on Cabella at our corner was priceless!
  18. Could be because of people mistaking him for Sanchez lol No but jokes apart, every player got a good reception today! Even baker..!
  19. I'm not sure 4-4-2 is the way forward. I'd rather have a quality creative player behind him. I know thought so too, with the Rock in the squad we must play 4231 or 433!!
  20. Our greatest times during MON was when we played a strong forward who could hold up the ball alongside a pacy striker. Carew and Agbonlahor are the ones I'm talking about. Imagine Benteke alongside Arsenals Joel Campell? Deadly duo, one of them pacy and full of trickery and the other one simply a beast
  21. Hope so, we need him! He and Hutton has been fantastic!
  22. Holtby and Welbeck on loan and we are sorted!
  23. I all began with me watching us play against Liverpool during the MON time, my older cousin was a Liverpool fan so I decided to be against him. After that game I started to follow Villa and here I am 5 years later, at Villa Park watching us at the Holte!
