I think Lambert got it totally wrong today. 1, sick of all this getting 3quarters down the pitch and passing back rubbish 2, why was Weimann on the pitch after half time? He's lost form even in the warm up his shots at goal was shocking everyone missed. 3, so we hardly got the ball into the box and he brings another striker on hmmmmmm :s 4, brings Tonev on in the 82nd min ( tried too ) he actually got on the pitch in the 86th min? Once Newcastle scored their 2nd he should of been on.

Piss poor today, I can't think of one player that played remotely well, the balls always lost or passed back to Guzan, it's like nobody wants to push forward. Maybe Tonev is the man for the job but putting him on with 4 mins left ain't going to work.

I think Moyes needs a slap, when Arsenal and Chelsea was trying to get Rooney he was crying about it to the press but it's ok for him to try and get Benteke right after signing a new contract..........I mean he could of had Bannan off us but he wasnt fast enough. Idiot needs to take a look in the mirror

Richard Keys? Joking apart. Personally I love what Gabby and Weimann do however I would like to see somebody in a more central role with a bit of flare who could also take corners and free kicks

I'm more interested in who HH really is??, Can we start a thread of guess who? Or if HH starts posting pics of his house up we could have a game of through the key hole?. I didn't really see the point to the signing but I guess if/when Benteke gets injured we could be in a pot of trouble.

Sat in trinity stand a few times last season I think it was b2 which is near to the Holte, the view was amazing but I'm sure the ST is 590 there so a pointless answer for you. My ST is lower Holte probably 3/4 up the stand in L7 the view and atmos is good, but IMHO I wouldn't go any lower, we relocated for the Liverpool game I think we was about 8 rows back, the view for the other side of the pitch wasn't great i had to keep looking at the screen.

We relocated for one game because I took 2 other friends, I had 2 females screaming directly behind me all game I now have tinnitus I think one more game and I would have lost 90% of my hearing. A few rows down a bloke kept standing no sooner the ball was out our own box.. I'll be kissin my seat next home game

This comment is totally irrelevant as you can't judge whether Paul Lambert & Co will sign someone, because we don't know how the games between Now and the transfer window will go. We could do horrendously therefore PL most likely will make signings. We could do brilliantly therefore PL most likely won't make signings. After seeing the crap we was in last Jan we didnt do much then. Hope to god I'm wrong though

Everyone seems proper up for this season, something I've not seen in years. We was top of the league for a few hours. We gave Chelsea a run for their money and deffo should have got at lest 1 point from that game. Liverpool 2nd half was way better and deffo deserved a point. Okore looks like he's going to be great Delph is getting better Biggest pos for me is Luna once this guy gets a few games under his belt he's going to be special he also has a beard

I really hope I'm wrong but I just can't see us signing anyone else, if we do its goin to be a total random person nobody would of heard of ( which I don't mind because it kinda adds a excitement ), ill also be surprised if anyone is added in jan too.

My point is you don't see many players getting tackled and continue to try and get the ball like he did on Saturday, this is something Messi does a lot ( hence the Messi like bit ). Most players get clipped fall down then roll around a bit then cry or moan to the ref.

Best player for us in the games I've seen so far this season, once he gets that first goal he's going to go on a run. On Saturday did anyone else see the tackle against him where he was on his knees still trying to run to get the ball? I think he did win the ball back but the ref called the free kick. Was almost Messi like

Love his attitude, his high fives before the game, his beard and to top it off the way he turned the 2 Liverpool players was quality, I thought messi was on the pitch for a few seconds. I wouldn't like to be in Bennets boots that's for sure,
