  1. Fortunately I'll still take it over theirs, Its really not that bad IMO, especially considering the circumstances.
  2. I think similar. They are going to want to keep it very tight in the first half so think we'll keep getting it wide and trying to get Gestede on the end of something, Gil to come on second half when legs are tired.
  3. Bacuna is there for his crossing I think, all 3 Sunderland conceded against Exeter were from crosses. Gestede could have a field day.
  4. No Grealish or Traore, they're very lucky as those two would have ripped them apart.
  5. Far too early in the season to be nervous. Yet it's not stopping me.
  6. They really are a small time bitter bunch by and large, seems to have them foaming at the mouth because we just don't care about them as much as they do us. Pretty sure the admin of their forum, which seems to average one or two posts a day, has a quote about Villa as his signature, such a tinpot outfit.
  7. It would be a real shame if him and Traore can't play, can see them having a field day with how poor Sunderland are at the back.
  8. More cheese = more nightmares = more tangled bedsheet fatalities.
  9. So tripe he was voted Albions POTS despite having to fill in at left back where he's stated he isn't comfortable? Rubbish.
  10. He tweeted earlier about looking forward to the game tomorrow so he's fine.
  11. I seem to remember Tim mentioning the fact that we have two loan deals to make use of so I'd be very surprised if we didn't bring another player in even if it is just a loan deal, before the window ends.
  12. I can never understand why some people are so bothered about something as inconsequential as the misspelling of Clark. I don't think it would be possible for me to care less.
  13. Gabby has an excellent record against Sunderland doesn't he? I'd be very surprised if he doesn't start tbh. Edit: Just looked, the last six times we've played them there have been two 0-0s, in every other game Gabby has scored including the only goal in two 1-0 wins, no wonder they seem to hate him so much
  14. We really should be winning this, they are the worst team in the league in my eyes.
  15. Strange team selection but from Tims postmatch comments it looks as if this is due to trying to shoe-horn a number of attacking players in need of minutes into the team rather than tactical naivety, although I'm sure this was a learning experience for him in terms of underestimating lower league opposition.
  16. It's not the best, WhoScored and Spccerway are more in depth and easier to see in detail. He hasn't scored double figures in a season since he was at Opava, he scored 8 in the Europa league in 12/13 but failed to score a single goal in the league that year in 19 appearances.
  17. Naive selection but it's a learning experience for Tim as well as the team, much rather us have some experimentation where possible rather than just grind out a 0-0 ala Pulis, some of the bed-wetting in the match thread was just ridiculous.
  18. Yes it was a naive team selection, I'm sure its a learning experience for Sherwood being a young and inexperienced manager. This said I'd much rather us try and experiment and such in what ultimately are low meaning games than grind out a 0-0 like Pulis is doing up the road.
  19. He managed it exactly two seasons ago. Eh?
  20. And if he doesn't make an immediate impact we should have put it toward someone else I guess? Imagine giving a player new to the Country and league a bit of time.
  21. Talk about bed-wetting, it's only HT ffs.
  22. That looks a pretty strong Sunderland team aswell we could rip them apart at the weekend their back 4 are absolutely terrible.
  23. Theyve also both conceded, everyone back in!
