I have just started running, applying for the RAF soon so need to be able to run 1.5 mile in 11 minutes-ish. I normally get to a mile in 8 minutes and then decide against doing the other half a mile as my left calf starts to hurt, dont think I stretch enough. Helps to quit smoking though!

I have a donor card at the moment and didnt have any second thoughts about becoming a donor, I dont see the use in my organs rotting away after im dead if some other human could live with it. An opt out system in theory would work well but I can just imagine the hassle it would cause in some cases, for example someone hasnt opted out due to god knows what but then unexpectedly dies, the family doesn't agree with this person having their organs donated so it all kicks off. At the end of the day I dont think they are forcing you to become a donor, you still have the choice to opt out of the system and no one is stopping you doing so.

Great series! I bought it on DVD for my dad last christmas, it was a bargain at around £15 ... I watched them all in about 3-4 nights, I couldnt stop watching it!

I dont really mind the smoking ban, I thought it would be the end of my social life but it hasnt really effected me that much. I just dont smoke as much which is great! And I tend not to stink of fags as much.

My GF is a size 8, I like girls with a bit of meat on them normally though, my last 2 GF's have been between size 12-14 I think. 14 was a bit "too much" for me though, I like to be able to at least get my arms around them... I voted for "A woman who is a size 8 to 10"
