Watkins has to earn the shirt, as should every player (Grealish is a different case) Competition should help Watkins raise his game to the next levels and if not then replace him.

Personally Edouard - Better value and there is something about Abraham’s I’m just not convinced by (though couldn’t say why or name what)

Initially was blown away by him and thought it was a no brainer to sign him even for £40mill. Then the excitement wore off and the cold realisation kicked in.. I don’t think he is worth the £30million plus it will take to sign him. .. As @Delphinho123 said we should play OUR players Ramsey’s & Nakamba deserve there spots plus Sanson- THAT should be our midfield next game! With Berkeley as super sub

Coming up to the make or break point for him for me . Love the guy and his attitude but time is coming he steps up his consistency or should lose his place in the team. If we are to progress we need consistent 7/8 each week not 6 out of 10 performances from everyone. Cash for Guilbert is a prime example what a step up in class can do to the team and I’d expect McGinn, if he continues his below par inconsistent performances soon be behind Sanson.
