    Albert Adomah is now the holder of the most appearances in the Championship with 525 games. Still going with QPR at 36. Kind of remarkable he was so decent at that level but only ever managed 2 PL appearances despite getting promoted twice

    It's a fair point, but there are some others in safe seats standing down too, not because they think they'll lose their seat or because they're now against eating babies, but because they know even if they keep their seat the party is taking a bloody good kicking and they don't have the appetite to sit in opposition

    I think the only way we can really accommodate 3 strikers and give them meaningful minutes is if one of the others is good enough to regularly play instead of Watkins. Duran and Archer do have different games, but I think having them both when we like one up top just means they're both getting in the way of each other's development.

    I've been a bit harsh on him today, but I do wonder why we kept him around this season tbh. He's got more than 20 minutes 3 times all season. He's 20, he'd have been better off having another season in the championship and getting some decent experience in his legs.

    I thought he was absolutely **** dreadful, every other touch was a foul, went hiding for Gallagher's shot, and I'm struggling to think of a single thing he did well.

    I've been wanting him to get minutes since he was back, but yeah, it was poor, and I suspect he'll be gone in the summer if we can find a buyer. Came on, gave away a bunch of unnecessary fouls, hid from the shot. More pissed off at Luiz for forcing his own substitution though, absolutely brainless at times.

    I think he did reasonably well tbh, he's not at fault for either of the goals, and yeah he's a drop off from one of literally the world's best goalkeepers, but for a backup, he did well, and made some good saves. Luiz and Tim let us down, not Olsen.

    Less than 30% possession against this lot at home is pretty pathetic tbh, and it's not like it's our plan, we just aren't playing well enough to hold the ball.

    He had a poor game but he's one of the first names on the teamsheet for me. Martinez, Watkins, Pau, Luiz, I'd say.

    I love Luiz, but he should feel a bit embarrassed he's basically cornered the boss into taking him off and bringing Tim on in such a critical moment. Lost his head today, not for the first time.
