  1. Yes, great penalty, and he was so poised and calm before it, incredible
  2. This guy is going to change the rules of football. He'll be what Graeme Obree was to cycling in the 90s. Where Obree's innovation in bikes led to amazing performances and later a UCI ban on his approaches, EMI's innovation in shithousing will surely cause a review of the rules, otherwise it just simply isn't fair to other teams.
  3. The hi vis gloves make the shushing even more visible. Surely deliberate. Details, details....
  4. Let's re-sign Graham Fenton, Phil King and Jed Steer now
  5. Emery ran the Carlos Sanchez tape before the game by mistake
  6. From the description it sounds very much like Chelsea's goal in to 2000 FA Cup final. 24 years I've been waiting for that
  7. Am I right in thinking the current state of play is bad for the coefficient?
  8. Nuns cycling to communion through the morning mist, long shadows on the cricket pitch...
  9. He's much older than I thought though, very fresh faced for a 31 year old
  10. I hope he doesn't - will mean he is too tired for Thursday. But in all seriousness, his deployment as a "target winger" (great new phrase) was really interesting and highlights his versatility. I'm in two minds about whether we should keep him (and he may want to return to Italy), but his versatility and recent form certainly strengthens the case.
  11. Hang on, wouldn't not listening to you now also be listening to you? You've put us all in a bit of a bind
  12. Big difference in the locations and the market.I guess it could be, but very different type of development
  13. Oddly I agree with the second, but not the first
  14. I've heard he's alright as it happens (mate's brother who is pretty left wing knows him), but his political affiliations are very odd to say the least
  15. You make a very good point there. Can we loan Januzaj?
  16. If we qualify, let's bring back RDM, after all, he has won the thing and Unai hasn't
  17. 95-96 is my favourite season for many reasons. For the first time in ages I am excited we might surpass it. Don't think this season will, but it's still great
