    We need more from him though. It's no good only being of use when we're flying. We need our better players like Doug to lift the rest. Tielemans is impacting games more and he's simply not as good a footballer as Doug.

    Not sure what he's playing at recently. Grown into a brilliant player, but gone back a bit to thinking he's that good he doesn't have to try. Coasting around, losing the ball in really dangerous scenarios, not driving anyone on. If we want to sell someone big for some FFP movement, he's clear at the top of my list.

    Not appalling, again. Not good either, again. No zip in his movement. I have no idea what position on the pitch he could hold down regularly for any decent side. Getting rid of Philogene to loan Zaniolo will go down as a smelly one.

    Above all that he's just a dummy. So little thought in everything he does. You can see when he's going to **** up, like that crap pass right at the start. He's not even balanced and just throws a foot at it. More Stevie waste.

    If all three of those shots had gone in, would you be blaming Martinez? No. They were excellent, one on one saves. We've been fine on the ball, open as anything without it.

    We're so easy to attack against. A lot of it comes from Doug and Tielemans. Softer than puppy shit. Emi Martinez. Man alive. What a goalkeeper.

    Can see Kesler, Lenglet, Tim, Diaby, Zaniolo and Duran all getting starts.

    No clue how true that is. He's an outstanding forward. Real athlete with some size, which we dearly need. Him and Watkins have both broadly been lone strikers this season, it'd be interesting to see them paired up. Would be absolutely ferocious to play against. Mad Jhon to fill in for either would be a nice role for him as well.

    German wins are worth very slightly 'more' than English because of the coefficient calculation. All theirs are divided by 7, ours 8, due to the number of teams in Uefa competitions at the start.

    I'd be very tempted v Bournemouth. Give him the license to get forward and have Digne more withdrawn. Either Kesler or Moreno should start that game.

    Yep, it's fear. Fear that we're so close to this incredible feat, and we're used to getting bummed by football. What Unai has done this season is astonishing.

    OK. Too many matches still to play IMO. Across Europe as well as PL. Every match counts towards coefficient even if the tie is over. 6-0 Arsenal in leg 1 v Bayern probably isn't a great result for us. Because I'm insane as well... Newcastle have a very easy run in, we won't be resting anyone while they can mathematically catch us in 5th. We need to pin this to the top of the thread somehow.

    You don't care about 4th or 5th? Strange one. How can you not prefer 4th? If we're 4th we'll be done with a few games left and be able to rest players for the European final we could be in. Wonder if there's a scenario where we need to win that final to give us our first title in years, and also get us into the Champions League through the PL.

    Kamara, McGinn, Luiz. 8 league games missed by crucial, 90 minute, players. All stupid incidents. Luiz can be considered maybe slightly unlucky as I think he was waving his leg going for the ball. But THINK. There's 30 seconds left, you can turn and get back. Anyway. Bang their bloody heads together Unai. The whole squad. No more.

    All three of Villa, Spurs and Utd are quite similar in style. In that none can defend, and all can score. We've gone off a cliff defensively. Started really well, but we're a mess recently. Utd and Spurs have been a mess all season.
