  1. It has to be sex for procreation or else otherwise we would not exist. Sex done correctly is better than all of these other aspects because it is both physical and spiritual (arguably).
  2. Personally I thought Sanchez schooled Stevenson and showed his standup game was good. He was elusive and as a result unpredictable. Dan Hardy seemed pretty cool, I hope he does well. Terry Etim was very impressive too, excellant style. I think the commentators compared him to a lighter Anderson Silva. Marquardt was 'gassed' after three rounds and would struggle in a five round title shot if that's what is going to happen next?
  3. Sir Stan of Petrov. Always showed his quality from day one just unfortunately was inconsistent. Over the last eighteen months Petrov has been awesome week in week out. Where's 'pamparius'?
  4. Interesting that the Bible also portrays God as being taunted by this "fallen" slanderous spirit creature.. (Proverbs 27:11) . . .Be wise, my son, and make my heart rejoice, that I may make a reply to him that is taunting me" In Job Chapter 1 you see the scenario where Satan tells God that Job is only a good man for what he can get out of God. He then taunts God that if he withdrew his blessings upon him...that same man Job, would curse him instead. .. 'Paradise Lost' by Milton is all about this - Paradise Lost
  5. Can you explain exacly what you mean by this, as it isn't clear. How do we move into the spiritual realm, and where is that realm? What is true realisation and higher consciousness? High understanding of what - a supernatural being? Please expand. I persoanlly think it is impossible to define God through speech and mere words. As always when faced with the questions of God people automatically attempt to justify or criticise God in relation to religion; personally I find the two independent. We can move into a spiritual realm through meditation, quietitude of the mind and control of the will. Desire and an abundance of pleasure weakens our innate potential to find true understanding. My meditation is spiritual and not religiously defined. I hope that helps as putting this into words is difficult and misinterpretations often arise when others lack understanding of meditation and internal alchemy.
  6. It is impossible to define God with mere words. When we move into the quietitude of a spiritual realm we can begin to understand true realisation and a higher consciousness. These are the first steps towards higher understanding. I am not religious, but I do believe in God.
  7. [sings] "Sopping wet your pink umbrella; do the dog, yes with Isabella"... ...oops wrong song!
  8. That figures as I thought Penn walked around at 155 but weighed more for his fights to 168 as you said.
  9. Was it me or did Penn seem much smaller than GSP, did Penn go up a weight or something? From the moment Penn stepped out of the dressing room he looked beaten to me! Really enjoyed Lyoto Machida showing the world that a traditional style can win, and win well. Echo the sentiment about Clay Guida; he was an interesting fighter. Diaz seems an ass and deserved to lose because of it in my opinion.
  10. Don't really like either of them and as a result I'll find something else to do than watch this on TV. Merseyside derby whenever I have watched it over the last few years has always been pretty dull if I remember correctly. But i hope it's a draw and a couple of sending offs Carrgaher and that runt Neville I despise them both!
  11. I prefer Penn's style personally, you are right though both are arrogant. Silva's been very impressive of late. Personally I thought UFC 93 was pretty rubbish, thought Franklin was unlucky actually as he rocked Henderson a few times and should have finished him. I agree that Horn deserves an honourable mention, I liked him even more when I found it he was originally a Ninjutsu guy under RBWI (Robert Bussey). 8)
  12. I was the first to say raised in Brum and moved away!
  13. Saturday early hours (2am) my girl and I were both rather drunk... ...fun while it lasted though!
  14. As usual misinterpretations often arise on message boards. I merely stated that Villa might have to be sold out of neccesity rather than any material 'want' that I have to see 'world class' players. I do not think success is found in £'s but it sure helps, if Villa cannot compete financially then we will not have the best players playing for our team. It's very simple!
  15. General, with all due respect... In light of the Man. Cities of the world blowing Villa's transfer idealogy out of the water do you think the time will soon be upon us when Villa need to be sold to a richer owner in order to compete financially?
  16. Owen. His experience at the very highest level will help the futures of Agbonlahor and Delfouneso, not to mention most probably cementing our place in the CL.
  17. I think Moyles has the sense of humour of a small child and hence I really dislike the fat ****! Is he not earning £1 million a year for being unfunny too?
  18. Probably shouldn't be remaking any of those films as they are all classics, although I think the Dirty Dozen is slightly misplaced on that list as it's less of a great film! Infact Q. Tarantino's new movie is a Dirty Dozen remake - 'Inglourious Basterds'.
  19. They suck ass greatly! So alas a big no for me!
  20. Florian looked good and did a good job of keeping Stevenson at bay. Dustin Hazelett is pretty good, never seen him fight before but had heard his reputation was high. That 'rubber guard' is a strange one! Lesnar is a beast and will take some beating, I think Antonio Nogueira could be the man to beat him!
  21. I agree. What I couldn't believe was that Damian Lewis was actually English yet I never detected any flaws in his American accent at all.
  22. Re: Newcastle Absolute waste of my time watching the game tonight on T.V. There is a reason Villa Park will never be consistently full, the last few performances tell a story. 'General' can I ask you why Villa always crumble when they have the incentive to perform? I guess if you could answer that we'd have won the league by now (it'll never happen by the way).
  23. I'm 31yrs old tomorrow (31/Oct) so voted in the 25-30 bracket today! Do I get another vote tomorrow?
  24. Bowie, Hendrix and The Beatles are all good places to start. If you like the Beach Boys I emplore you to listen to Dennis Wilson. Personally, I would've added Faith No More, Love, The Band, Dylan, John Martyn, Anticon, They Might Be Giants...and many others to that list. Variety is what you want!
  25. Fitch certainly can take a hiding, he just doesn't have the finesse of GSP. I like B.J. Penn though and could see Penn beating him again. I concur that Lesnar is a beast, his arms are huge and he moves very fast! He has the foundations of a future champion. Rob Emerson did well, kinda like that guy, he seems alright compared to many of the Redneck 'meatheads' in the UFC.
