It's really hard to quantify, isn't it. It's that desire to win at all costs, to push through to the end to grab your team by the scruff of the neck and demand more. We're currently weak as piss and it shows in our capitulations this season. We need more players who can turn draws into wins, grab late goals etc etc.

The only reason I'd want him here is because he's a driven winner. Sometimes that translates as being an arsehole, but that's what we desperately need. I didn't like Gattuso, but I'd bloody love someone like him in our squad

I think we will see a much improved defensive performance next season simply because we bought Kamara. Having no defined DM with passing ability has really put the defence under so much pressure this season.

I just kind of don't care anymore. I see flashes of stuff, but nothing that makes me think wow. I'm more impressed with Archer, mainly because Archer doesn't seem to have a bellend of an agent who is looking for a payday at his expense. Sign or don't sign, whatever.

Be interesting to see whether his pace returns when we see him in pre-season. He looked positively slow last time he played.

It's a shame we can't stick Ings and Ollie into the teleporter in the fly and combine the two. Save some wages too!
