Every step up so far he has made, he has scored goals and performed. Good chance he could grab us a few in the Prem when he steps up. Youth level he score bucket loads, reserves, England U21s, Next Gen and now championship. How many premiership games has he played to be given the chance?

We keep the temp at 20c on the thermostat (yes the boiler kicks in a lot), however I do have children to keep warm...youngest being 3 (who will kick the blanket of herself). But personally, in the bedroom I will not have the heating on and window open!

9-10 I am very lucky to be working where I am. Let me list why... No clocking in machine. FULL Sick pay. Leave whenever I feel like and still get paid (hardly do leave tho). Own computer with internet (no firewall). Work at my own pace. Well respected by the owners (who do me HUGE favors). Coffee/lunch whenever I feel. A whole load more I cant think about right now as i'm ill with a cold and chest infection!

Able to threaten to leave a player they pay £250k a week to in the reserves. If they're not a big team they're certainly acting like one and I'm sure the majority of their players would consider Villa a step down. I could act like I was a woman (easily done according to some mates!) if I wish, but doesn't mean I am! IF Villa got a shit load of money (like City), would we become a big club in say, 5 years? (To me a big club is Barcelona, Man Utd, Real Madrid, etc...) I still don't think Chelsea is a big club. Successful, but no way big.

I had a couple of decent looking bird knocking on my door the other day preaching (they wanted to ask me 6 questions - God related). Rooney loves him, they already seem all over each other and watching out for each other. I can only imagine on the training ground they spend a lot of time bumming (training) with each other (did I say imagine??). 2 quailty players that will compliment each other to better things. Great signing for Man Utd and Young... Not so good for Villa, I already miss him and hate seeing him in red and white colours.
