  1. Having him back will really step us up a level, he will dominate the middle and provided he sorts his passing out , he’ll have us on the front foot way more often. no more balls bouncing over whelan’s head, Jedi will monster that ball and his nearest opponent before it’s landed.
  2. Full credit to the manager for developing a shape into which everyone seems able to contribute, Adomah excelling on the left, Hutton filling in admirably, Kodjia showing he is also a team player, and the chance soon to rest whelan and start Jedi and easily throw in grealish for whoever is tiring more out of Adomah or snodgrass. JT, Onomah and Snodgrass have been top signings too. And those 21 points from 10 games is promotion form. Good old potato face, we have a lot to smile about.

That team makes a lot of sense. Hope we can see COH in the second half.

Need someone to step up and make the difference today, otherwise its a draw. My money is on Kodjia, but shooooorely JT is due a goal.
  6. I am still holding onto a belief that we are at least as good as any other team, aside from wolves ha ha. Still think we will go up a gear yet.
  7. Not too bothered about the result, it is the reaction that now counts. Wolves showed us how to do it and we need to learn from that. If we can step it up we will be ok.
  8. When you go on the United forum are you known as Red_Devil_of_Brum?
  9. Bolshy prediction number 1 - Wolves will ponce around with 70% possession but not score, while we'll have a few chances on the counter and Kodjia will punish them.
  10. No offence but these Aussie teams have some terrible names - City used to be called Melbourne Heart, and now there is a team called Victory? What if they keep losing? Oh the irony.
  11. Thanks to last night's results a draw at Wolves becomes a very good point if we can't get the win. Would be 4 points off the top of the table. But let's win please lads.
  12. I find this ludicrous. Arsenal near the top of the table? Sucker please.
  13. Great results last night. It is true that other results don't matter and it is all about what we are doing - BUT - as others have said, a win puts us 2 points off the summit, we haven't been close to the top of anything in decades. Would be a huge psychological boost and could make us a team of believers finally.
  14. Don't know when we signed him but I hear he's a good passer.
  15. Can see him getting a few sub appearances, can bring him on for either Adomah or Snodgrass assuming they both start so will be plenty of chances to get involved.
  16. I have to ask, why? What can Hutton do there that he has otherwise failed to do in his natural position? I honestly would rather have Adomah drop back, 3 times away from where he naturally plays, if only because he will defend as shit as Hutton but will at least do more with the ball. RDL all day long (if fit). Not the answer but there is simply nobody more shit than Hutton.
  17. £4k??? Tony will be using expletives next time, it's well cheap.
  18. Forget Scotland now Snodders, put all your effort into the villa and get us promoted.
  19. I'm fairly sure we have some big game players in our team, and I think we will see something extra from the likes of Snodgrass, Terry and Kodjia that could prove the difference. Whelan also might play an important part for us. We will stifle them, so I'm going 0-0 or if it's to be our day 0-1.
  20. No longer our player - bye bye Jordan.
