I disagree, I think more of us should debate Bruce, we should be mass debating over Bruce.

Agreed, top 2 is the ambition, play-offs are the bottom line - I think we are too far gone now this season to expect a manager swap.

I'd say the sacking point is if play-offs ever look seriously in danger.

I know, it's a pleasure looking at the table and thinking about how to catch those just ahead. At the moment there is a pack separated by just one win between 10th and 4th - fact is if we can keep our form going we will be just outside automatic promotion. I am praying that we don't slip up at Burton though, can just see it.

Seems quite happy having Davis ahead of him and is causing a lot of trouble between midfield and attack - lovely skill but how greedy and selfish of him to set up the first and then win the freekick for the second.

As day follows night, or as Bruce follows kebabs, we will get injuries and Jack will get a chance. -
But there is a pattern forming, here, every time we win the opposition is accused of being poor, but the championship as we should know by now is not like that, every team has a chance. I can't say I am full of optimism that we will get promotion (beacuse of the last 40 odd games) but I do see an upward trajectory here, long may it continue, oh and well done Bruce.

Yes I think balance is the word to describe it - we have a formation that allows Bruce to stay in his defensive comfort zone but then we players with enough quality to grab a goal or two and give us the win. Johnstone played his part too yesterday with that late save - it was an honest whole team performance that got us the win. If folks want to keep looking back to 40 odd games ago then take a look at the team who played Forest last season - compared to the team who faced them this time. It's not the manager that has improved or deteriorated, it is the squad.
