Managers are suppose to get the best out of players..Am tactics arn't helping N'Zogbia's form, by pumping it past he wide men and straight onto bent...Yes N'Zogbia should be doing better, but its up to the manager to convince the player of that.. and i think some players have lost Confidence in AM ability to manage this club..

Im sill no sure what delph role is .. Is he an attacking creative player? or a box to box? or a defensive aanchor man type role? have to agree with zatman... signing a player that hadn't even proved he could do it in he championship, let alone the prem..was a big risk.. Which has not worked out so far.. because of his injuries.. i mean hes not a big guy.. so when he goes into any tackles, he will be more likely be worse of because his bones dont look to strong.

To put this into perspective, Spurs paid Southampton 7Mil for Gareth Bale and we paid 8 Mill for Delph .. Why buy an injury prone youngster.. did no one do any research into delph past to see if he was injury prone.. ohh well i guess thats the risk you take when you sign these young players. Who knows without injury he might have been a quality player.
