recently ive noticed alot of the facebook trolls have been slating black without fully knowing all the facts, maybe they need to get themselves on villatalk to be honest. i for one am past caring what selection or tactics black plays now to the end of the season, we dont have a winning team at all so what does it matter!

this alone can be copied and pasted to most other threads.

just curious, has anyone seen/heard any interview with westwood on his opinion of the teams current performance and where this club is heading? otherwise, how do we know he cares about this club and wants to stay? for all we know, he could just be keeping his head down in the hope of a bigger club comes in for him... ye, i made myself laugh just then as well.

i guess i have a different opinion on drugs, not that i'm in support of them, as i'm not, i don't even smoke, but what i do believe is anyone has a right to make the decisions they make, but its up to their judgement if they think its right or wrong and what sort of example they will set if they are in the public eye, gabby knew what he was doing so must of also knew what sort of feedback he would receive once it was leaked to the media, only a few months ago everyone witnessed grealish-gate when he was lying in the gutter. now obviously, gabby, being a jack the lad, on holiday, relaxing (granted during a diabolical season) he's entitled to unwind like anyone going on a holiday, if he wants to smoke a pipe that is up to him, providing anything untoward isn't in his system come match day, if he was the sort of person to want light up a spliff straight after a match it wouldn't bother me as long as it didn't affect his ability as a footballer, his chosen profession, and the same would be said for anyone else in any other profession. i witnessed my colleague being drug tested and sacked because he was a hobbiest drug user of any kind, he openly admitted to it, his problem was that it was still in his system whilst at work when having to operate a fork lift truck. i'm not defending gabby because he's a fat lazy joke, but having a cheeky smoke on a pipe isn't to blame for this, i blame big johns :-)

i dont think ive ever seen as much hatred for a villa player, but what i think has brought this on is that he was meant to be one of us, sitting in the terraces as a youth, and fulfilling the dream that many of us would could never achieve, well hes been given his shot and blew it, and let the whole club down. well done gabby

what about siegrist? hes 24 yrs old now, and i think the tallest goalkeeper at the club, he cant be that bad surely?

so he gets out of and hiding from the ridicule that he deserves, he needs to man up and face what he has caused, what a tit! an absolute disgrace to the shirt. why are we not surprised.

well next season we will just be a middle of the road team as well, so might as well keep him here.

the first team isnt going to be overhauled in one transfer window, it will be 3 at least we are also going to need the biggest rotational team as possible due to the extra games we will be playing, most of the first team have had it far too easily, theyre going to have to earn their money now

theres a difference between keeping players by choice and keeping players through by no choice or if youre a half glass empty type of guys... getting rid of players by choice, or players leaving by choice we dont yet know who we can keep hold of who we want or who we are stuck with who we want rid of

there's definitely a good player in there if hes coached right. hes gone from the biggest club in the world to us, he must be thinking wtf!

theres clearly no sign of him improving now, what we see is what we get, which isnt much, so ye, time to off load

maybe there is hidden tactics behind playing the turd players ahead of the talented ones? we all know were down, end of, so maybe he is putting the turd in the shop window? maybe he wanted to hang them infront of the supporters? it really doesnt matter now who is played or in what formation or tactics, i appreciate that alot of people have spent alot of money going to both home and away games and have supported this dog awful team all season, but preperation has started its not what we are going to like but its there. the awful players have to go

i read a good article this morning (cant remember were i saw it) that mentioned some interesting players that could seriously improve the team (which lets be honest isnt difficult) now i personally have never heard of these players but i trust the opinion of others that do. it mentioned aiden flint and grant hanley for defence, aron gunnarson and henri lansbury for defensive mid (which lets be honest, our current 3 are worst than awful), lewis mcgugan for attacking mid, ross mccormack and ben marshall for up front. but theres still no talk of needing a new keeper, for me, id like to see either boaz myhill or robert olejnik back at the club half our defence need to go, with that, ive been keeping tabs on jordan willis and ryan inniss all season id like to mention tohan ince for defensive mid we also definitely need some attacking threat, with that id like to throw the name chike and freddie sears into the hat, id also like to mention callum saunders just because hes deans son, lol

i actually like him, its clear all the coaches have everything they can, but to sum it up, our first team is simply sh*t. its also clear that black knows this, and it really doent matter what line up is put out, were going to lose regardless, i mean, even getting beat by bournemouth? wtf? id like to see him stay on and i hope the next manager can utilise black into his team

even though the majority of people on here are in agreement that hes been turd and its time for a fresh look between the sticks, im still reading media articles with the opinion that he should be kept and will perform better in the championship. well i highly doubt that, its going to be a tough league, which he most likely wont perform any better, also worth adding that he will probably want to move to keep any international career alive as well.

im surprised he still wants to be here the way the club have treated him, he should have played more than what he has.

theres already threads for posts like this itll be tough to attract promising players to this club, it has no future.

i like the idea of playing the dog turd 11 at home for some abuse, clearly who ever the opposition will have an easy game, the youths may not be up to scratch at t the moment, but its time to get them ready

were going to need a large team to rotate next season. were doomed!

i actually agree with it, we arent exactly going to expect the club to spend millions on players in the summer. a new badge was needed the current one is too americanised, its should always say Aston Villa on the badge and not AVFC, although i prefer a crest than a circular badge.

has there been any speculation yet? the situation is getting worst, will money be spent? we the next manager be allowed to completely overhaul the first team that is so desperately needed? its clearly obvious that a new keeper, centre back, defensive midfielder, attacking midfielder and a striker are urgently needed, a new spine.
