RL has probably given PL a list of who he a wants off the wage bill at to be fair, its probably very similar to what weve all been saying as well as to who should leave, however, the numbers of fees being mentioned on here is probably no where near to what we realistically get, nobody ever seems to want our fringe players Out = Given - free Warnock - £500k at most, probably free Dunne - free Hutton - £1m at most, probably free Makoun - free Delph - £500k Delfouneso - £100k Bent - £10m Bannan - £1m (ok im dreaming with this one, we know it wont happen) In = keeper - to be second choice centre back - to partner vlaar with clark and baker as back up left wing - to offer a left wing attacking option attacking centre mid - its time to look at replacing petrov striker - only if theres the sale of bent, in the mould of benteke as back up to be fair also, these sort of changes will take both january and summer windows, with january 2014 being to tweak the team

problem is, nobody wants our deadwood, only our fine pine, and no other club will offer the same amount of wages to them as we are, hence why these players are happy to sit on the bench or in the reserves raking in their weekly wage

ive never rated him, the only way it matters to us of how many goals he scores on loan is how much we can get for him, he will never ever make it in the premier league, league one, maybe championship is his level

with the lack of response, this game seems less popular this year with fifa seeming the better option but is there anyone else on here playing it? i have a few issues with it how do i change my corner taker, who at the moment seems to be my leading goal scorer (bent) and captain (guzan when it needs to be vlaar) also, there isnt enough registered 'real life' players and teams, it should have the championship/players on instead of so many made up players and teams which arent very good

our width players are nzogbia and albrighton albrighton isnt getting a look in and zog cant be bothered

ive just watched the highlights on motd and what a shocking display that way, and by that i mean the way we acted just like stoke, we should of had a couple of sending offs ourselfs, lichaj being one of them, im not sure that using power againsst power is the right tactics, it clearly isnt as we didnt win cant fault the team however, we just couldnt seem to break them down, which is what the lads need to improve on doing, if we was against most other teams in the league we would of won, bentekes shots were all abit soft though

to be random, im really starting to dislike makoun more every day what a huge waste of money he is, its like he never had any intention of really playing, just signed the contract for the money and fu ck ed off back home, so he could sit on the fat pay check every week now obviously i dont know the full story but its like he was never interested in trying, considering the amount of money involved, he should of tried but GENERALLY speaking, i dislike the signing of african players (not being racist before anyone plays the race card) we just never seem to get anything good from them

its been said alot on here recently (getting quite bored of reading it now tbh) that we need an attacking centre mid, to not only provide service to the strikers, but who can also get in the mix as well and score goals all sounds good i guess, but then most of you are also moaning that we cant spend much money nor can we spend much on wages, well are you all expecting us to sign some superstar scorer for a packet of bon bons and a weekly wage of jelly babies? the above costs money, alot of it also in fact, who of our already average midfielders, whom we seem to have many of are going to be dropped? whos going to sit in front of the defence and whos going to sit behind the strikers?

with it being 2 weeks since the last post, i was wondering what the latest news is? is he ever likely to play again? also, didnt his contract expire in the summer? so how does the contractual situation work at the moment?

tbf, ireland hasnt really done much wrong so far this season he faced alot of critisism last season i remember, but i think its fair to put that down to mcleish, no player wanted to play for him ireland should be in the starting line up and should remain here for the next few seasons, he just needed the right manager to play under, we all know what hes capable of

why is he starting with bannan and ireland on the bench? it should be the other way round

its the only 2 players in the squad recognised by the rest of the country to make us look like a big club, and not relegation fodder ca you imagine how small time we would look if baker and lichaj were on the front

yes, hes still a very good manager, we all raved about him when he arrived, hes only issue was his selections, which of course can be lead back to the transfers although theres been stories of him being a slight recluse and not mingling with the players

as ive already said, i prefer him over westwood, at the moment as the chosen defenisve mid, however, if westwood keeps improving, then herd will still be a very good back up DM

weve had some great keepers over the years, as well as some donkeys, hopefully guzan will be up there with spink and bosnich

*that was the only issue with oneill the fact he would wait till the last minute to sign a player, which by then his main target would go to another club so we would have to settle for his second or even third choice, which of course, werent the best, he was too 'nice' to other clubs in letting them have the pick of the better available players

villa have a problem of letting it happen though, why cant we as a club say no, our players are staying, were coming after your league postion

the only indication i can see of a midfielder coming in is if a current player leaves, like for like, i cant see him wanting another DM as hes just bought KEA and westwood defence is the area that needs work in january with maybe another striker if (dare i say it) bent leaves, which if he does, itll probably be back to london
