He's always on the back foot when a ball is played past him, and he doesn't appear to have the awareness to act a bit quicker. Maybe some match sharpness would improve that aspect of his name but he is very good going forwards. Perhaps stick him and Albrighton on the wings to feed Benteke and Holt (ugh) with crosses? Although that would mean the likes of Gabby might miss out!

Lazy, overweight and uninterested. We already have a striker with those attributes - we don't need another Weimann, thanks!!

Good performance in the second half. Would have liked to have seen Albrighton come on at some point to get more crosses into the box for Benteke to attack. Not sure if putting on Weimann did anything to help us - Helenius may have been a better option.

We're going to put a bid in for Depay and end up with Derpy instead....

For once, shall we try and sell Ireland to Man City for what we paid for Jimmy and then get Milner in as a makeweight in the deal... it would never happen but we can always dream of giving them a taste of their own medicine.

It's obviously a lot easier to get better seating for cup games where we're at home against lower league opposition. Tonight, for example... For £15 quid, I've got myself a cracking seat right on the half way line about 3/4 of the way up the Lower Witton Lane. I've sat here a few times before, I'd say it's the equivalent of sitting in the directors area (the Lower Trinity is a lot smaller than the Lower Witton). Otherwise, the Lower North Stand is probably the best balance cost of atmosphere. It does have its downsides, though. The view is absolutely pants. I've got pretty good eyesight but I still find it hard to see exactly what's going on at the other end of the pitch. You can't really complain when you're paying around £20 to watch a Premier League game, however. I've sat in a few 'restricted view' seats in the Lower Trinity in the past, the view wasn't very restricted at all, apart from the dugout getting in the way but that was nothing major.

Police? He hasn't done anything illegal. That's true but he has been making threats to go down and beat up that guy, surely that's not right? Apparently the police closed his last account down as well.

Whoever it is, the tweets do not excuse the nature of the nastiness. I thought it was funny at first but it's escalated out of hand now. This can be approached in two different ways (both similar): Is it definitely Gabby? - If so, then he needs to stop what he's doing immediately and delete his Twitter before either the club, the media or the police pick up on it. I'm surprised no one has grassed him up yet, especially the guy who is pissing him off. Is it an imposter? - If it is an imposter using videos from Gabby then they need to be reported to the police straight away. Gabby needs to be told about it (maybe via the club) and his "mate" either needs to stop **** around and get a bollocking and of course, delete the account. The club probably won't put out a statement saying it's a fake account because it's private and doesn't have Gabby's name on it, so that's his get out clause, I guess. Either way, something needs to be done. Personally, I think it is Gabby. It's irrelevant whether or not any players have interacted with Gabby on Twitter, it's up to whoever is controlling the account to give access to individuals, and maybe Gabby has opened the account not to have that interaction with them?

He needs to calm down with his tweets before he gets into a lot of shit. Anyone with half a brain will know it's him.
