  1. Kind of clear there that Green is not a striker
  2. Solid team. Glad Bruce dropped Hutton at least, and is playing Hourihane. Getting it to work on the pitch is another story of course.

    Wolves

Wolves are probably my favorite of all the Midlands team. Their stint in the PL was pretty entertaining too, wouldn't mind seeing them back (along with us of course).
  4. I remember saying this in the Euro 2016 thread, but that's Joe Dumars' long lost son
  5. Even though I want him gone ASAP, I still want to win tonight. We need every point we can get towards promotion.
  6. Don't think I've ever been excited to see someone leave our club. Maybe when Richardson left, but I think that was a free.
  7. Governor of Virginia's statement was 10x more presidential and called out the white supremacists by name.
  8. When's the last time we had a manager that knew wtf he was doing? Houllier maybe? What's that, 6 years and and 6 managers later. It's one thing if your philosophy isn't working for the time being (a la the aforementioned Houllier actually), but having no discernible plan whatsoever is unforgivable. And no, lump it to Hogan/Agbonlahor/Benteke/Bent/Heskey and pray something happens doesn't count as a ***** plan. Seriously, what have we done to deserve this?
  9. I was saying we should give him 10 or so games but ***** that, he needs to go right now.
  10. Am I only the one who thinks Onomah looks like my man Jean Deux in that midfield
  11. I don't get how you can be such an experienced manager, or even an intelligent human being with no management experience and think it's a good idea for your gameplan to simply be "hit long balls into the channel for Scott Hogan" ???
  12. How tf did Bruce get promoted 4 times? This is by far the best side he's had in the Championship and he looks dire
  13. When I say not very good, I mean not 18M in the last year of his contract good. Maybe I'm still adjusting to the crazy new fees in football, but I think that's ridiculous.
  14. They really are underpaid. Eriksen was on 30k just a year ago. Kane only just hit 100k after 2 contact renewals. If Dele Alli for example moves to City, he could have his salary tripled.
  15. Gray is also in the last year of his contract and only 3/4 years younger. Entering his prime means nothing if that prime isn't very good.
  16. He's like Delph who can actually pass. He was on a different level to anything we've seen in our midfield for years. Not only can he see passes that our other players can't see, he can execute them as well. Very impressed.
  17. I was thinking about this earlier. Surely that's one of the main requirements of a manager along with man management? If you're not reacting to the flow of the game, what exactly are you really doing on that touchline?
