  1. Savio from City Group Girona on his way to City now. Another ahead of Jack in the pecking order potentially.
  2. I think Ramsdale is much better, not that he's a top 4 goalkeeper or anything close to that. How they've gone from Martinez to these clowns and spent the money they have is hilarious.

    Chelsea

I think Saudi money is their only hope. Look at Broja noone would go near unless chance of a bargain because they know Chelsea are now desperate.
  4. In agreement we need 24 points for 4th. Win all our remaining home games and we get 24 points. Not so easy though, a few tough games there. Liverpool could we fighting for the title in our last home game. Brentford will low block us without doubt so we'd need to score early like we did under Danks. Wolves will also low block us and we can't seem to beat them lately. Surely we are due a win. I'd hope for wins against Forest, Spurs (get VP roaring), Bournemouth and Chelsea. Next week against United is huge as to which direction we will head in. Beat them and can confidently say they're out of the top 4 race unless they won near enough every game remaining after that (not happening). As I doubt we will replicate our early year home form we need to target away points to hit those 24 points. Realistic opportunities there are Fulham away, Palace away last game and even West Ham. I'm very anxious about Luton away at the moment, they will be hurting from their performance at VP and they're scrapping to survive. Brighton away, they could be in Europe like us but their home form at the moment is so strong, I'm glad we are scheduled to play them later on. Tough ask especially with potential FA Cup and EUCL but we can do it.
  5. Must be infuriating watching Pickford blast aimless long balls time after time.
  6. Big fan of Alex but he was utterly dreadful today, capped off with the own goal. Sadly he's been thrust back into regular minutes and he's not ready for it.
  7. Diaby has to come off for Bailey. Moreno has been pretty dreadful as well.
  8. Dislike the guy but he's done a superb job. They were a mess when he took over. He's also promoted a lot of youth players, given them time and first team football. Not a lot of managers think about the long term in that way. Not to mention playing players like Nat Phillips at centre back for long periods. Smart move to leave on a potential high though, especially with Michael Edwards leaving a while back.
  9. Emi best player. Kamara best outfield. Rest not so great. Get Bailey on at least.
  10. I bet he will have a Bundesliga title come May which will be some achievement.
  11. It's gonna be Xabi Alonso for sure, especially now Ancelotti is staying at Real Madrid.
  12. Have they actually recruited that well since being promoted though? Their recruitment was better in the Championship. Albeit I like Hickey.
  13. In a similar vain in how odd it was we were interested it's odd you are too. His highlighted flaws are his ability with his feet which are critical to your style given why you signed Raya and later Flekken.
  14. Obviously missed by quite a few but you obviously said this as McBurnie soon scored after the original post. So the hope being they all score next game.
  15. Huge win for you and should give you some confidence going forward. Second season was always going to be difficult for you. Don't worry I'm sure you will be much more likeable when Maupay and Toney inevitably leave although I guess Mee will be around a while.
  16. The whole aura of him returning makes a mockery of why he's been out so long. Which was a serious offence in which he fully deserved the ban. You don't see this much clamour or attention on a player who has been out injured for over 6 months.
  17. Awaiting for JPB to be mentioned by someone. Rogers isn't injured every month is all I'll say.
  18. If we sign him can we just call him Kos.
  19. Draws and the odd win are fine away as long as we keep winning at home.
  20. The best thing today was no players coming out of it with a broken leg.
  21. In terms of decisions and overall risk to player safety that was one of the worst refereeing performances I've seen. He was the same against Brentford too.
