Villa v Newcastle is one of the most interesting Premier League fixtures of the weekend (and not just because of Villa). Both sides have won one of their opening three games, and both sides desperately need a win to get their season going. It's going to be tight, hard-fought game, and Villa are a decent bet at 15/2 with Betfair for a 1-0 win.
Villa have had arguably the toughest start to the campaign of anyone in the division, but have showed real improvement already from last season. A hard-

Really strange to go for lopetgui, can’t see the fans wanting that appointment at all, similar style to Moyes without the certainty of results…..not sure he will last too long there. Also they bought in steidten from leverkusen a while back to get transfers in but I’m not sure players will be keen to join a team who play a less progressive style. Interesting time for them and think this one might not work out too well
Maybe Derby County would be a good fit, they seem to like our form players Hourihane, Collins, Blackett-Taylor, Chester, and Davies, have all played for them in the last two seasons,
We really need Arse to beat Manure to really put pressure on City. Then I think they’ll hammer them. Even a draw will do with their goal difference. Hopefully Arse keeps the foot down and doesn’t have a game where they’re off.
In a way we are being greedy.
I mean we are 7 points clear! We'd have taken being clear on goal difference at the start of the season.
We have such a great chance- would have been nice to wrap it up yesterday but we still are very likely to do the job.
I’ve watched City a lot lately. It’s not the City that dropped so many points in December. They are injury free and all look fresh. Spurs on the other hand look lost with players kicking off with each other too.
Unless it’s one of those freak days where city miss chance after chance and Spurs nick a goal I’m expecting City to smash them.
