    • The second episode of The Town. Michelle Dockery's Brummie accent is the vocal equivalent of fingernails racking across a blackboard.
    • The players are going to be absolutely ****. They’ve done their part this week. Now it’s our turn.  This is the formation for Bournemouth.                               All          All         All            All          All                   All.                    All                 All                      All                 All.                      All
    • You're assuming Hamas were doing everything under Iranian orders. But the various Iranian-aligned militias are proxies that Iran can influence but don't control directly, and the problem with proxies is that sometimes they do their own thing. I very much doubt the Hamas attack was greenlit by Iran as an attack on that scale doesn't actually serve their interests. You can see that with how Hezbollah acted immediately afterwards; instead of joining in an attack on Israel like you'd expect (and Hezbollah wanted to do), Iran was trying to restrain them. Obviously the leaders of Iran are monsters too. I'm not defending them. I'm just saying the region is a tinderbox right now and Israel is deliberately taking this opportunity to kick Iran in the face as many times as possible, because they'll win if Iran backs down and they'll win if Iran decide to fight back because America (and probably the rest of the West) will be forced to join in on their side. That's great for Israel and terrible for everyone else.
    • Would it be fair to say that the older drivers tend to be better in the rain? It seems that way to me, and I wonder if the way that F1 has become more and more risk averse means that the younger drivers just don't get the experience in the wet anymore because F1 don't really race in the wet anymore. Of course it might just be that Alonso and Hamilton are good, but I wonder if they're the last of the drivers that will really remember driving in the rain.
    • It actually went pretty close to Martinez's head too.
    • Ok let’s look more deeply into this, which useless bunch of losers managed to knock Bournemouth out of the FA Cup? The game’s gone!!!
    • He is a fiery bloke. But when it comes to penalites he seems like he is the calmest player on the pitch.  Deep breaths, total concentration. Totally still. No outside influences. He is as good as Martinez in those moments. I wonder if he uses a psychologist for his penalites as he waits for so long after the whistle goes.
    • Don't disagree as he has poor over the 2 games* but he's currently linked with a move to napoli for €50m so I'm not sure if he is considered a proper top table striker, he'd do well to get a 10th to 7th PL move but I've not seen him linked with say arsenal, utd or Chelsea who all need strikers, not sure where £90-100m comes from  I'm also guessing that if napoli are buying him that means their £90-100m striker is on his way somewhere  * I thought brobbey was poor too but at least he did more
    • Yep. He got booked because their fans booed
    • His teams win games .if we can be honest we have only being brilliant maybe 10 games since he came in.  Plenty play better football than his teams but when it truly matters so far he has always delivered. And when i say when it truly matters i mean when at crucial times in a season. As others have said he can stay in games that we shouldnt be still alive in , and then get over the line.  Alot of managers are able to develop a do not lose mentality when being pragmatic. Unai is able to develop a winning mentality while being pragmatic.
