It has moments of brilliance, but ultimately falls short of the first game.

Golden duck! Coming in at 8 after the first innings and 2.5 hours of cricket is tough! But a good wicket in the first innings and nearly a worldie of a catch. It's a cruel game, but we went straight from Malvern to his club for training and he had a smile on his face when we got in the car. Onwards and upwards!

Needs to be a bit more assured in possession and his pass choice needs work at times, but he has that brilliant knack of "I did shit the last 5 mins, but I'll meg this guy and score" attitude. Very promising.

It was messy on both sides, communication wise. A better defender controls that with his knee and boots it back over his own head. It's as simple as this; If you let most premier league quality players have 5/6 seconds on the edge of your 18 yard box and don't close them down, they'll probably score. He was closest to the ball, so he should have pressured. I've been saying for months now, he's another Isiah Osbourne. He'll tumble down to the championship where he can hide in games and get away with it.
