coda
Looking at the kick off time that game is on Sky. I wonder how many tickets they make available for each match. It being the derby game they can charge people what they like.
LondonLax
Blimey, that's posh. There's a canalside boozer by there that's awesome. The Charles Lamb I think it's called There are a lot of good pubs round there. The Island Queen, The Duke of Cambridge and the Earl of Essex are all great places for a pint. Was proposing a Royal Islington Pub Crawl with a few mates round that way.

islingtonclaret
Ah I forgot you live in Canonbury don't you? What's your local, Snooty Fox? Marquis Tavern or The Canonbury? Talking of awesome pubs, the Compton Arms at Highbury and Islington is one of my favourites, though I don't go there much these days
Wainy316
Before this gets derailed, if you buy tickets at £94.50 then you are part of the problem. Clubs will charge as much as they think they can get away with, and if Arsenal are selling tickets with ease at that price then they will continue to sell them at that price. It's supply and demand and unless people vote with their wallets then it aint gonna change. Yes but there is enough people with wads of cash in north London that don't mind being part of this problem. Football is definitely no longer the working mans sport. AvfcTheObsession
20000 long waiting list for Season Tickets, despite having 60000 seater stadium which they always sell out. Why didn't they build a bigger stadium? Also, is it just me that always thinks it looks like there's quite a few empty seats at the Emirates, despite it apparently always being sold out? Qwpzxjor1
Alot of corporate tickets sold. Alot. A great deal of corporate clients never turn up to games. They're given away to clients, etc.. and most of the time they don't want them or simply decide not to go as they got an offer of a round of golf instead. leviramsey Posted November 16, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted November 16, 2012 20000 long waiting list for Season Tickets, despite having 60000 seater stadium which they always sell out. That's nothing... the Green Bay Packers have a 96,000 long waiting list for a 73,000 seat stadium (which they haven't failed to sell out since 1960). In recent years, only about a hundred or so season tickets annually become available (basically only due to financial hardship or dying without an heir (the Packers allow season tickets to be passed to an immediate relative); the average person who moves from the waiting list to having season tickets has been waiting about 30 years, but the waiting list was only instituted in the 1960s and there have been a couple of stadium expansions. At this point, it's unlikely that anyone joining the waiting list now will be able to buy season tickets this century. Though for comparison, the Packers most expensive single-game (non-club) seat is $92.
