wedge
1,407 away tickets sold as of thursday, according to swindon. When I bought mine on Friday our ticket office said there were 800 left.
AvfcTheObsession
Phoning up first thing tomorrow to get mine. Tried online tonight but despite being an ST and having away booking history both this season and last, it wont let me! I should be OK though it there's 800 left, although this will definitely end up a sellout.
AvfcTheObsession
Got mine this morning around 11 o'clock, buzzing! Took me about 10 calls to get through and was told by the lady there were only 200 left. Going to be a large, noisy following down there.

AvfcTheObsession
Sold out! Cripes that was quick. Think there's a sniff of a Wembley trip this year. If we beat Swindon we are in the quarters, anything's possible from there..
roonst83
Is there any chance of getting additional allocation for this?

benireduk
Not happy about this at all. Ive been to both cup games and didnt get a sniff of a ticket. It states on the OS "Your attendance at previous rounds of the Capital One Cup will have a bearing on your eligibility for tickets in the latter stages of the competition." If that's the case then why are ST holders who haven't been to ANY of the Cup games given priority over people who have been to BOTH Capital One Cup games. Wonder how many of these "loyal" fans were part of the 15k for the Tranmere game? Well done Villa great ticket criteria.

benireduk
Because they paid a couple of hundred quid at the start of the season? You've missed the point. ST's are for league games. Priority for cup games should be for people who have been to the previous rounds

Priority for cup games should be for people who have been to the previous rounds They got priority on cup games before to secure their seat? OR do we have to go down a new route and sell "cup season tickets" They shell out hundreds to follow us through the season, there is no problem with them getting tickets for this

SolihullVilla
The rail network in the uk is shite Can not get a train back from Swindon to Birmingham as the last train, the last train back is 10.05!!
AvfcTheObsession
The numpties at the ticket office have sent me my coach ticket through, but not my match ticket. This is despite ordering and paying for both at the same time in one transaction!

OR do we have to go down a new route and sell "cup season tickets" They shell out hundreds to follow us through the season, there is no problem with them getting tickets for this For HOME cup games I agree they should be able to secure their seat...but for away cup games I maintain priority should be with people who have attended the previous rounds. It's the fairest way.
