Spot on Snowy. Some of the comments in here are quite sickening TBH. Some seem to revel in the suffering of others, and justify that glee because "they aren't like us/they aren't one of us". I've seen very little compassion/understanding/empathy. OK, you may not agree with how they live and/or what they stand for, but that is different to getting kicks from seeing them suffer. Seems some may not have evolved beyond capturing wasps in jars, or pulling wings off flies .... I think you've got it all wrong imo Jon. Its got nothing to do with getting 'kicks' from seeing them suffer. Its to do with upholding the law of the land. I would hazard a guess that 98% of the people on that site have never contributed to the upkeep and running of the economy/country. I will say it again, if you behave like animals, then you better expect to be treated like animals. This statistical analysis - is that about all of those travellers on the Dale farm site or just the ones who were on illegal pitches being evicted?
