Here we go Giants, here we go! Time for MNF, at work for 0800 tomorrow so napped through MNF here so i could get up and watch the first half!

Looking closely at our LT, C and 3rd down passing game tonight against a very good Bears D.

If Brandon Jacobs stays healthy he will be back over 1000 yards rushing this year. I dunno who it was but he just juked one of the Bears defenders out of his boots for a 18 yard TD!

Commentator alignments have been released for this year

CBS games

1. Jim Nantz/Phil Simms

2. Greg Gumbel/Dan Dierdorf

3. Ian Eagle/Dan Fouts

4. Marv Albert/Rich Gannon

5. Kevin Harlan/Solomon Wilcots

6. Bill Macatee/Steve Tasker

Spero Dedes/Steve Beuerlein & Don Criqui/Randy Cross are also teams... the press release implies that Dedes/Beuerlein are the #7 crew, but that's a hell of a demotion for the ever-professional Don Criqui (Randy Cross, though, is basically worthless, IMO)

Fox

1. Joe Buck/Troy Aikman/Pam Oliver

2. Kenny Albert/Moose Johnston/Tony Siragusa

3. Thom Brennaman/Brian Billick/Laura Okmin

4. Dick Stockton/John Lynch

5. Chris Myers/Tim Ryan

6. Ron Pitts/Jim Mora

7. Sam Rosen/Chad Pennington

8. Gus Johnson/Charles Davis/Tim Brewster

[for weekends where Buck is calling baseball, Brennaman will team with Aikman and the 4-8 play-by-play guys will move up a notch]

NBC

Al Michaels/Cris Collinsworth/Michele Tafoya

ESPN

Mike Tirico/Ron Jaworski/Jon Gruden/Suzy Kolber

NFL Network

Brad Nessler/Mike Mayock/Alex Flanagan

I like them, Dallas homerism aside. Plus its always great when they have to call a Cowboys game and they lose! But joking aside i think they are a good duo and work well together.

Like most of the Fox crew to be honest.

Broncos second string is officially cack! Nice one by Hauschka to come on for his only kick of the game and win it with a 51 yard FG with 2 seconds to go.

And Tebows decision-making is iffy at best. Orton looks sharp though

Hey, it could be stranger. I was seriously thinking of picking the Lions to play in the Super Bowl. In fact, if Detroit’s running game hadn’t reverted to mediocrity this summer and first-round defensive tackle Nick Fairley hadn’t spent more time in a walking boot than bonding with Ndamukong Suh, I would have. The Lions are good enough to make the playoffs. But they’re too thin to win it all.

So, Atlanta–San Diego. What’s not to like? Two top 10 quarterbacks, two top 10 defenses (going out on a limb with Atlanta, but I semi-believe), two adequate running games (going out on a limb with San Diego’s Ryan Mathews, but I do believe), two clubs that got better during a strange off-season. The Falcons and the Chargers aren’t the two best teams in the league as the season kicks off, but I think they will be when it ends...

Broncos: 5-11

Seeing as we actually have a wicked pass-rush and a running game to support Orton, I think we'll have a winning season/8-8 this year. No playoffs though.
