Where have all these superb 'ITK''s gone? I'm sure i read quite a few of them putting it will 100% not be Mcleish so where is the updated information from them?

I think you'll find that them that clear those woods, pissed them off by doubting them and giving them grief - so they left.

Well they did sort of call it all wrong. As I recall up until Sunday or maybe even Monday MM was adamant that AM was nowhere near the job. I agree he then backtracked but it was pretty clear what was happening by then.

BTW I'm not anti ITK's I just take what they say with a heavy pinch of salt. Lots of posters, including myself on a couple of occasions, hear things. Whether they are true or not is a different question and I don't think its unreasonable to be sceptical.

They didn't force anyone to do anything. Some clearing in the woods had just scrawled graffiti on our clubs own property. I' d knock the shit out of them if I knew who they were, what an utterly retarded thing to do. You look after your own clubs stuff mo matter what, I'm with b6 now, he gets my full backing until results dictate he isn't fit to manage (if that happens).

This. Particulary the part about knocking the shit out of them. Id love to.

The "fan" who put the graffiti on the wall is obviously some kind of simpleton but I do love to hear from internet hardmen such as these 2 every now and then it alays makes me laugh.

Nobodys claiming to be 'hard' though are they?!

What we supposed to do? Give the tossers a pat on the back??

I stand by what i said...if i knew who done it i would give them a slap! Morons!!

Some people need to get their priorities in order.

Moaning about some div scrawling graffiti that has already been cleaned off while ignoring someone pissing on the entire fanbase.

Don't get distracted, the graffiti was cleaned up in half an hour, the stain that AM would cause to the club will take years to clean up!

1. In a very early draft of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones carried brass knuckles instead of a bullwhip.

2. Adolph Hitler played chess daily. He always played the white pieces, and insisted on being allowed to replace one of his bishops with a second queen.

3.The striped mittenfish, a deepwater species recently discovered in the Java Sea, can change its sex at will by turning its entire body inside out.

i think you need to s t f u

I think you need to calm down and move away from the keyboard, internet warrior.

i think you should support blues if you want to suck off mccliesh so much

Stop picking fights with everyone and acting like a word removed. Grow up FFS.

kid, i got abuse from all angles im jus standing up for what i think is best for my club and if people want to try take the piss out of me il give it back.

im not scared of getting banned on here if jus a couple of people realise that if we had a better chairman invest 200 million then we would be in a much stronger position than we are now..

the truth is we held on by the skin of our teeth last season after spending 200 million and only being forced to sell two important players..

look how many important players tottenham had to sell in the same time yet they got a squad that is vastly superior to ours and with wages a lot less than ours...

im not a young goat so dont call me kid.

I think the fact we wanted to interview Martinez now are interviewing McLeish reemphasises just how incoherent and all over the place this managerial search has been.

As whatever you think of either Martinez or McLeish ability - they are pretty much polar opposites in terms of management style in many ways.

So it is pretty obvious we don't even have a "TYPE" of manager in mind.

From the outside it seems such a mess

"Shearer, 40, was the bookies' 1-8 favourite to take over. But his decision leaves the way open for Hornets chief Mackay to land the job."

Remember, just because the bookies and press say so, doesn't mean it's going to happen. Villa have ONLY released a statement regarding Martinez and McCleish as it became public. No-one knows who else has been interviewed behind closed doors. That's all it is, an interview. This does not guarentee AM the job.

Fingers crossed we have a better candidate lined up but I won't believe it until I see it on the OS.

i really hope this is true :)

i cba with arguing about whats going on anymore

i jus think the club need to realise what image is being portrayed to us fans as we are the laughing stock of the prem atm thanks to the press

Actually 10th (mathematical convention is that you round UP decimal places when above 0.5) - cleverly done.

And I would argue that until MON walked out the 5 year plan was progressing rather well. If you want to blame anyone for lack of progress last year, he's your man. Not Randy.

9th. 9.6th or 10th I can't get too excited by it

I agree that things were looking good until MON did one - but I do lay some of the blame there with RL

Bottom line is I'm just so dissappointed with Villa at the moment. McLeish doesn't match my expectations. I would love a young manager like Poyet - he could well do no better than McL but I think i would enjoy the ride more

No going to argue with you mate - if you think we are progressing thats your opinion but for me we are going backwards now

Unfortunately as soon as you give information or are labelled ITK, you start to get a lot of grief.

We have no idea how coherant the process has been.

All we know is that we asked permission to speak to RM - he said know.

We don't know who else we have spoken too. We may have asked for permission to speak to AM, been refused and then he forced the issue by resigning.

WE DON'T KNOW.

It makes sense to look into a wide range of potential candidates with different styles and skills and then pick the one the board feel is the best fit for the club. I am totally at peace with the process.

Well it's raining... but it's raining on everyone, not specifically Villa fans...

That doesn't make it right though, regardless of motive or intention behind it. As far as I'm concerned, anyone vandalising Villa property IS pissing on the entire fanbase!

What if a thousand disgruntled fans went down and started graffiting the whole of Villa Park? Is that ok then? Do you think that sends a good message to the players, potential managers and everyone else?

Ring, Ring “Hello, is that Mr Faulkener?”

“Yes”

“I represent Mr Rikjaard. He may be interested in a position you have available”

“Who?”

“Mr Rikjaard. He managed Barcelona a few years back”

“What division are they in?”

“They are a Spanish team”

“Okay. What Premier League experience has he had?”

“He’s not managed in England as of yet but we maybe able to change that.”

“Thanks for the call but we only looking at mangers with Premier League relegation experience. Actually I got to call Mr Fergurson, sorry Sir Mr Fergurson about our vacancy now, apparently he knows a good fellow not far from here. Thanks for the interest and maybe give us a call when Mr Rikjaard has proved himself Premier League relegation material.”

LOL

That's exactly how ridiculous it is.
