ahamaad
Stay because he is doing the best he can under th circumstances. We ould have Mourinho in charge but with Ellis pulling the strings we would not be any better.

wilsonrx
Of course stay, there was nothing more he could do today. The team picked itself.
Pelle
Stay. We've had worse losses than this one. Didn't see the game but it seems to me that we were a bit unlucky yesterday. Still have faith.
Risso
It seems a bit pointless to keep having these. I'm not going to change my mind based on one result. I just don't think he's the answer long term, and as such should go.

We ould have Mourinho in charge but with Ellis pulling the strings we would not be any better. exactly...and think of how good our squad actually is without all the injuries. maybe a bit lacking in the midfield, but a fully fit hughes, laursen, mellberg and bouma would be 1 of the best defences in the prem...and 4 high quality strikers

dont_do_it_doug.
He's still on trial. Playing Whittingham in the middle didn't help him yesterday, but it didn't seem to make an awful lot of difference. He's got a perfectly valid excuse right now, unless of course the injury crisis is down to training.
paddy
Stay because he is doing the best he can under th circumstances. We ould have Mourinho in charge but with Ellis pulling the strings we would not be any better. What, the same Mourinho who with the best squad in the prem lost 3-0 to a team we beat 4-0 the week before? He's rubbish him, never rated him

He's rubbish him, never rated him Tell you what, I nearly fell over at VP when the bloke announced the full time results at the end. This is the same Boro team we walked over last week, plua maybe Boateng. Now I refuse to beleive the addition of Boateng in the team meant the difference between losing to Aston Villa or beating Chelsea. Boro didn't just beat Chelsea by a lucky goal, they beat them fair and square and deserved their win. TBH our home form has let us down really badly, because if our home form was any good, we wouldbe top 6 by now.

ChrisVillan
Don't want another argument about it but I'd just like to explain this week's vote. The difference between home and away form worries me, and it's not down to the standard of players or squad size.
