I've had an hour break of revision today, started at 10.30. Another hour now until 7.15 before I revise again and complete another past paper and finish and go to bed about 12. Then exam at 9.15. The joy, at least it will be over with, all this work and i'll probably fail.

At least you're putting the graft in mate, giving yourself the best chance.

Haven't tried it yet but I know I'll like it. I like that Kopparberg stuff. It's just apple cider I can't drink :(

I was really proud of myself for finally being able to run 5 miles last Saturday. That being said I have felt like death just running my usual 3 miles every day this week. Anyone have any advice on how to build up a better tolerance? I am training for a half marathon in October. I would very much like it if I didn't die.
