It haunts me. Im such a **** up. I appreciate It's easy for me to say and i know i might be stating the obvious, but don't beat yourself up over it. You can't do anything about whats happened in the past and it will do you no good whatsoever dwelling on it.

I still trade too but again small amounts and I actually make a bit of money. I have blown a load on crypto tho. I learnt about trading in that time I lost loads of money. If understood and could handle money management back then I’d be fine. It’s when I’m at my lowest I just lose control. Edit - Thanks mate but I only have myself to blame. Need to get over it and stop making same mistakes. A lot of it relates to alcohol. Chin up mate! Life is constant lessons, but addiction can lead us to repeating the same mistakes over and over unfortunately. But it can be beat

I have been mulling over getting a new phone for a while but the faff of getting it set up puts me off.

You can save all that info on your Google account. Setting up a phone is easy.

True, I have most of mine backed up in iCloud but there’s always a few that are missing or out of date. Anyway, don’t enjoy it too much or you might get addicted (back on topic, phew). Genie
There was a story over the weekend that Bruno Mars owes MGM about $50m of gambling debts. Absolutely crazy amount of money. They effectively own him now as he has a never ending residency at the hotel/casino.
