They can either move a motion to adjourn the debate, which would allow the House of Commons to vote on it, or one of their ministers or whips can just say, "Tomorrow..." and it's over. Edit: Unsurprisingly, a spokesperson has confirmed they're going for the second option which, given the events earlier today, is no cast iron guarantee.
