No way. You watched Nakamba against Watford and thought he was the better choice over young and Buendia swapping in and out in the middle. Why would Dean, a know attack minded manager, play 2 DMs at home versus a promoted side. Why would any manager do that? Actually take that back Bruce and McLeish would have been all over it. You must have loved our team selections under them.

Not the players fault the UK chose to have such strict restrictions. Villa can fine them but the players have every right to represent their country.

Credit to Dean. The 4-2-3-1 looked much better than it did versus Watford. The 3 Bs (Buendia, Bailey, Bertrand) or Watkins behind Ings is so nasty. Stupid injuries

You have to sit down for play to stop. Not sure that is indicative of much.

It didn't look like his leg was planted so hopefully he avoided a serious injury. Can definitely see him missing some time. Thank God the international break is here.

Still some sloppy turnovers in the middle but he is definitely coming along. Great goal.

Given our injury list can't be mad at the result. You can definitely tell we are missing the majority of our more creative players.

Looks completely ready for the moment. Have to ensure we get him quality minutes like this throughout the season. The only issue I see he is lacking pace wise but he will only get faster as he gets older.

Carney doesn't turn 18 for another 2 months. That's crazy. He is ready. Glad we didn't bring in a MF over him and Ramsey.

Absolutely, could you imagine losing 5 -6 first teamers from the team during our first year back in the PL.

Really just about pain tolerance. Usually 4-6 week to fully recover.

Explains the strapping during the Newcastle game. Only way to heal that is rest. He better be planning to skip his callup.

You do realize their are websites where you can easily look up injury tables. Multiple teams are missing 5+ first teamers. We are going through a rough spell but nothing that multiple teams won't equally experience at some point during the season.
