  1. Adama is a one trick pony,he had to cut in there.
  2. Can blame Lescott for that but I blame Gestede.
  3. Was just about to say the critisicm of Gil is poor cause he tries to use his football brain, then he goes and does that... You can blame me for that.
  4. Whys Clark getting all the stick when Micah was at fault for at least one goal?
  5. As it stands Leicester are top of the Prem XD
  6. Just had to turn TalkSport off, people calling in saying that we should get MoN back and give him a blank cheque. That'd be the end of our club.
  7. You feel nothing for Villa? Our club is better off without you. Goodbye!
  8. Kinda knew Berahino would be back for this.
  9. The words of Sir Winston Churchill "How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities - but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome."
  10. Sherwood is waiting for Adebayor first. It's a joke.
  11. Try moving on to pro mate, its still easy but not as easy.
  12. Prepare for disappointment. Looking at that badge makes me realise how shit our new one is. Don't be so trendy, the new one is far better. The colours there are awful.
  13. Why do people still want Adebayor? He decided he didn't want to join us, and has told Sky he's at home watching deadline day desperate to join West Ham. He'd only come here as a last resort and this is Adebayor we're talking about, he'd just walk around collecting money.
  14. People have short memories, I remember everyone being positive when we were signing players earlier on this window. Now that we're not signing a world class forward on deadline day everyone seems depressed again.
  15. Read that back to yourself. Then remember we're Aston Villa and owned by Randy Lerner. Then the penny will drop that he was never going to be replaced. Can't say the money wasn't there. What we spent on Gestede and Ayew for instance, could have been used to get a decent replacement for Benteke. Yep. Tim has made some excellent moves in the market this summer. However the 15m he spent on Ayew and Gestede looks like a big error. It's early days but I would Bet neither player will have a huge influence on our fortunes this season whereas a goalscorer with that new look midfield behind Him could have steered us away from relegation to mid table. His sole focus after Benteke left should have been leaving a significant chunk for a striker. Yeah. Should have brought in Austin and Wilson on loan for that money The fee asked for Austin is too much, and there's his medical history that seems to get thrown around quite a lot.
  16. We're focusing so much on the future we need to take care of the here and now = Lescott. Clark, Baker Okore are all future. Agree with the first part, don't agree with the second part -I hope Clark and Baker are not the future of Aston Villa IMO Clark > Okore.
  17. Is he Richard in disguise? he wishes. Or maybe he doesn't . XD fantastic. Please tell me this didn't go over peoples heads?
