    Project B6

Have to give immense credit to PB6 for the Charlie Aitken surfer banner and for organising the phone torch display last night as a tribute. The torches shining was brilliant in its simplicity and looked fantastic. I saw on social media they are thinking of a tifo to respond to Legia's 'Welcome to the Jungle' display for the return game at VP in three weeks, hope it can be pulled off!
  2. Any going to ST holders tomorrow do we reckon?
  3. Project B6 are trying to organise everyone showing their phone torches in the 3rd minute which would be a lovely gesture. I'll be really annoyed if the club themselves don't do anything, I'm sure they will.
  4. Plenty of tickets have just become available from those ST holders who have not claimed their seats.
  5. It's nowhere near the nicest pub in town but The Windsor on Cannon Street has been used by Villa fans for decades, a real AVFC stronghold, always packed before home matches and a lovely array of Villa stickers in the gents and a superbly drawn 'AVFC' in black marker pen on the urinal cistern Actually, probably just stick to the Barton Arms or The Old Contemptibles
  6. Legia was different as e-tickets were sent out, but with AZ I believe it will be tickets have to be collected like Hibs (a) and if they aren't without a flipping good reason that fan gets punished etc.
  7. (As I do for every opponent) I was reading a Legia forum with Chrome's shocking auto-translation in operation. The general consensus (unless the translator has made a horrible mess of it which is possible and also throws up some quite humorous passages of writing) seems to be that because we're not a (in my words) Sky Sports Super League Six club that we're as gash as the team that finished 7th in the Polish top flight (Cracovia to save you a Google search), one poster mentioned that in his/her opinion because we'd shipped five and three respectively at Newcastle and Liverpool that they will kill us. I'm quietly confident they might be in for a shock on Thursday if this is the case across their wider fanbase I imagine with the fiery atmosphere they will be bang up for it but I would be very surprised if we wilted at all, on the contrary I think most of our players will relish it. Let's hope I'm not eating my words along with a Polish kielbasa after 294 glasses of the local beer on Thursday night!
  8. Thanks mate, I think I'm quite articulate for a seven year old too!!!
  9. Maybe those of us who are going to Warsaw this week can learn a few things from the Legia fans who will no doubt give their team unconditional vocal support for the entire 90 minutes despite the score-line.
  10. My old man and I lost our heads at this so much to the point that rather than being able to enjoy us turning it around we ironically cheered the same supporters in the Upper Holte now singing who five minutes earlier were slagging the players off and completely wetting their pants audibly. I asked one such gaggle of fans if they'd prefer McLeish back as all they'd done is moan since going a goal down so it certainly seems they're not happy with the current state of affairs on the pitch?! My Dad is 65 years old and has seen Villa in the Third Division and he said the way the Villa Park home crowd gets when things aren't going perfectly nowadays you'd think we still were! We've won our last 10 home matches in all competitions, the place should be on fire and when we're winning it is but they need us more when we're a goal down like yesterday, it was honestly embarrassing and I just don't understand it.
  11. Absolutely buzzing that me and my mate who booked our flights and hotel over ten days ago whilst having no hopes of getting a ticket with it getting down to our criteria have both got one, was going to make do with watching in a decent bar in Warsaw but we'll be in that away end loud and proud!
  12. One popped back up available, for ST holders who want to go but haven't yet got a ticket, keep refreshing and logging in.
  13. What's the away end at Legia like mate, looks like a two-tier jobby?
  14. Amazing @HFox, thanks for sharing your experience mate, buzzing for it now!
  15. Amazing Rob! Hope we put on a show for you mate, where will you be sat on Saturday?
  16. That's away end tickets mate, will you still need ID to purchase through Legia in their end online? No home end ticket information available anywhere yet that I can see.
  17. Pleased we've got the full allocation, also relying on it getting down to ST holders at 6pm Thursday but no chance I expect!
  18. I'll be very unhappy in a decent bar in Warsaw watching the game with a big glass of local beer
  19. Got both me and my mate who I'm going with set up with Legia online ticket accounts, just enter your passport number and verify your email and you're in, no sign of tickets for this match on sale yet however there are plenty of seats left for their home game a few days after against Gornik Zabrze! Will try and get tickets as close to the away enclosure as possible if it is at all possible.
  20. Same, but I think the chances are slim to none unfortunately mate.
  21. Checked my Legia ticket account this afternoon, still no sign of Villa tickets being on sale for their fans either...
  22. Horrendous pricing from the club in the latest mishap from the ticket office this season. On the social media platform formerly birdsong now where marks the spot you can witness some horrible conversations being had between our fans of differing opinions on the matter, some of the stuff that's happened off the pitch this season has really stunk and it's only just September...
  23. It's ridiculous but I guess as Limpid quite rightly pointed out we're unlikely to ever find out who is at fault. Either way the fact we've got an away game in Poland two weeks away which involves a fair amount of cost/planning with no hint of any ticketing on-sale dates or information when (like myself) most have had to book flights and hotel already because the prices have gone up massively and I'm still unsure whether I will get a ticket is absolutely disgraceful and indicative as you said OBE of the appalling attitude towards supporters. If I miss out on tickets through AVFC but can buy a couple through the home side legally and freely then what realistically is going to happen with folk in the same position...
