Glad to see others agreeing how good he was yesterday. I thought he was immense. He was happy to sit back, do the nitty gritty side of the game, break up play, move the ball out wide quickly and let McGinn and Grealish get forward. He's a team player and actually a joy to watch on the ball. I've criticised him in the past because I think he sometimes needs to be a bit more physical and put his mark on games more often, but he's proven what a quality, quality player he is. And I think he will get better in the Prem.

Mings is number one priority, closely followed by El Ghazi. Tuanzebe would be amazing but think Man Utd will keep him. Loan may be possible. 100% got to go for Joe Lolley. He's definitely ready to make the step up and would jump at the chance. Kemar Roofe might be a good shout too. Looks a quality player and would be hilarious taking Leeds' best player. Then left back, striker, holding midfielder and another winger. We've got to be careful not to make wholesale changes. The aim for the window has to be to keep the best of this group together and keep the dressing room spirit high, but add bits of quality where needed. Absolutely no reason why we can't give this a good go now.

Still not as bad as O'Neill playing Reo-Coker at right back!

Definitely. Both players were obviously so important off the pitch last season.

I don't know why lack of pace with Snodgrass is an issue. He delivers goals, proven. 100% commitment and desire. Some of the best players to ever play the game had no pace. Sure, a team in general definitely does have to have pace in it but a player with a left foot at good as Snoddy's is not something you can turn down. I'd snap their dirty West Ham hands off to bring him back. Definitely one of my favourite Villa players in a long time.

Really hope he can stay clear of injuries this season. He looks such a special talent. Can't wait to see him play more often. Could be really exciting to see him and Grealish in the same team.
