It's very rare for refs to give yellows in the first ten minutes unless it is extremely blatant. The players know this & feel they can get away with one early. It's about time that refs call it the same at the beginning, middle & end of the game. -
They overpay for their players & then overpay the players so no other team will take them. An example of a very poorly ran football club.

A consistent top six club with the best stadium in the UK makes them a big club. But I guess it depends on how you define "Big Club"

Absolutely amazing decision !! Firing the manager when the team is fourth is just crazy. It really could backfire on them and they miss the playoffs completely. They deserve what they get from here on in.

Lots of Premier League clubs will be interested in him. I don't see him going back to the Championship with Fulham.

I agree, it's a massive transformation to go from the Premier to the Championship and the longer spent in the Championship the tougher it gets. Both Stoke & Swansea are struggling to adapt this season and could be in trouble.

I actually think any of the bottom five would challenge for top six in the championship. Does that constitute strengthening ?

There is a missing ingredient to spurs, lots of talent but no heart. They can't leave it all on the line to win.

I agree but Sarri really isn't helping. Having a player of Kante's quality and playing him out of position just shows how stubborn he is.

Chelsea are a mess at the moment, Sarri is not the manager they need.

I also thought that Fulham would adapt to the Premier League fairly quickly and finish 10 to 14th but they could not adapt defensively. I think Leeds & Norwich can make it due to the quality of their coaching and the fact that they can play more than one style. Watford & Bournemouth fully deserve to be there based on performance.

Hello there. I am an Ex Pat who has been living in Western Canada for the last 40 plus years. I follow all levels of English Football and while I am primarily a Leicester City fan (my hometown) I have an interest in quite a few English clubs one of which is Aston Villa.I belong to about eight different fan forums and enjoy chatting about football in general.I use IPTV and get lots of televised games even though the seven hour time difference (MST) makes for an early start on the weekends.
