My take on the Bertie situation is , he’d have been last resort to appear Saturday due to recovery and fitness levels , he was then introduced as DS and CS thought there was a possibility we could get something out of the game , he did well but still should not have been thrown into a game Sunday he should have had a recovery day at BMH , poor decision

We were fortunate enough to meet this lad quite recently when he came to a training session my youngest was involved in before we played dingles academy , he was a really good lad and was very happy to chat and have pics taken with all Villa supporting pre academy players and their family’s , great player and I wish him well with his loan the experience will really do him good , UTV !!

In one of the videos when ings was at BMH, him and Ollie were chatting whilst stretching in the gym, in the tiny audible bit you can hear around the music ings said ‘ yeah on the shoulder and il float around behind ‘, so that’s sorted that even I know our set up

Watching wet spam and comparing Declan Rice to what we have , we are miles away from being able to control possession/ tempo, intent, we haven’t got the personnel so will regularly be chasing shadows after losing the ball so quickly

Glad to see these self important pant sniffers getting beat but I have to say regarding ESR I can certainly see why we went in for him and I can see why they said no ( for now) he is class
